Research On The Development Of Campus Soccer School In Beijing

According to the overall deployment of the State Council on the development of football,in 2015 the Ministry of Education promulgated the “Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Youth Campus Football” and launched the first selection of campus football special schools nationwide.In order to improve the comprehensive quality of students,promote the all-round development of students,and promote the overall growth of school sports,Beijing has selected the first batch of 34 campus football special schools.264,has become the leader of the national campus football special school.With the increase in the number of campus football special schools in Beijing and the development of various kinds of campus football activities,the problems faced by Beijing campus football special schools have increased significantly and the difficulty has increased accordingly.In order to understand the development of the existing campus football special schools in Beijing,to find out the problems affecting the development of Beijing campus football activities,and put forward some targeted suggestions,this paper uses the literature data method,field research method,interview method,questionnaire survey method.Such research methods,analyze and study some problems in the development of Beijing campus football characteristic school,and provide some reference for Beijing future campus football development strategy.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn: 1.The professional football field of Beijing Campus Football School is scarce,the venue size is small,and the area of students participating in football activities is obviously insufficient,which greatly affects the development of football activities.Professional football teachers,coaches and referees are not only scarce but also underutilized.The lack of resources for venues,teachers and football referees is the main reason for the development of Beijing campus football special schools.2.The overall leadership of Beijing Campus Football School has a higher awareness of campus football development,but some school leaders do not pay attention to it,which has hindered the development of campus football.There is a lack of funding for campus football and a single source of resources.Daily football training and competition are not guaranteed.School leadership attitudes and funding have affected the performance of football teachers and the establishment of reward and punishment systems,resulting in the unequal treatment of football teachers and other disciplines.3.The team members grow into a poor channel,lack of students' academic evaluation preferential policies,so that students and parents have concerns about the academic training,reducing the enthusiasm of students to participate.In addition,the development of school-based curriculum in various campus soccer schools in Beijing is insufficient,and the theoretical knowledge is less important,so that teaching and training cannot be carried out scientifically and systematically.
