Functional motion screening(FMS)is a simple and practical test method consisting of 7 groups of motion patterns and 3 groups of pain-elimination testing actions.FMS can evaluate basic motor function of the human body,analyze the limitations of the subject's movement,and screene the weak points that are prone to injury risk.In this study,The junior high school women soccer team players in Xiaoyi City were taken as the research participants.Through FMS test,the purpose of the study was to explore the effect of football training on FMS test scores in junior high school women soccer team players,and provide a basis for their scientific training.The results of the study indicate that(1)football training had an impact on the scores of FMS tests.The average score of FMS tests of high school female football players after football training was 15.28,which was higher than that of ordinary female students 12.99,especially There was a statistically significant(P<0.01)in trunk stability push-ups,trunk rotation stability,and stride steps,and there was a statistically significant difference in straight leg splits(P<0.05).(2)Regardless of previous injuries or not,high school female football players score higher on FMS tests than ordinary female students,and uninjured high school female football players and ordinary female students were statistically very statistically significant(P<0.01);The scores of injured high school female football players and ordinary female students were statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The performance test scores of high-school female football players with a training period of less than or equal to 2 years and the scores of high school female football players with more than 2 years of statistical existence were statistically significant.The conclusions of this study:(1)Football training can improve the performance of FMS test scores of high school female football players;the high school female football players who have been trained in football had significantly higher levels of physical fitness and motor performance than female students.(2)The FMS test score of the uninjured high school female football player was significantly better than that of the injured female football player;the former injury of the female football player was a certain degree of physical flexibility.influences.(3)Women's football players with a training period of less than 2 years had a high score for FMS test;the number of years of training had a certain effect on women's football player's FMS test scores in physical stability.
