With the popularization of campus football in our country,many football characteristic schools have set up football courses in physical education.Scientific and reasonable teaching content is the premise of a good football lesson and the guarantee of improving students' football level.Previous primary school football lesson preparation part of the exercise is simple,the basic part pays too much attention to long-term repetition of football skills,monotonous practice,training methods are dull and single,the end part is often ignored,resulting in students' interest in football lesson learning is not high.Taking the football characteristic school of Liaocheng Campus-Yifu Experimental Primary School as an example,after investigating and studying the teaching content and implementation status of football course in Yifu Experimental Primary School,this paper optimizes the teaching content setting of football course in primary school(preparatory part,basic part and end part).This paper adopts the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,experiment and test.Through the teaching experiment of a certain experimental period,this paper explores the optimization of the teaching content setting of primary school football course,whether it has a positive impact on students' interest in learning and football technical level,and compares and analyses the effect of football teaching with that of the past.Through the teaching experiment of 18 weeks and half semester,the results of the experimental data before and after the experiment are collated and compared,and the following conclusions are drawn:1.Through the comparative analysis of the test results at the end of the semester between the experimental group and the control group,the results at any level of the three stages in the experimental group increased compared with those in the control group.Therefore,according to students' psychological and physiological characteristics,setting the corresponding teaching content,from simple to complex,from slow to fast,from games to training and then to competition,is conducive to the improvement of students' football level.2.Football in-class is also very important in football teaching.It is necessary to form a "inside" to promote "outside",that is,to better promote the implementation of the outside class.Level one to level three stages in the game,there are significant differences,football class learning can improve students' ability to read the game.3.There is a significant difference between level one and level two in dribbling and matches,and there is a significant difference between level three in kicking accuracy,dribbling and matches.Auxiliary equipment is used in football teaching content,which enhances students' interest in practice,increases the density of practice,and improves students' football level.4.According to the analysis of the students' class situation and the questionnaire,the students in the experimental group are more satisfied with the warm-up,teaching and relaxation of football class than those in the control group.Primary school students have a strong interest in the rational use of physical function training in warm-up and relaxation links,showing great enthusiasm for learning.
