With the continuous deepening of the reform of the teacher team in the new era and the continuous promotion of the teacher education reform plan,the state puts forward higher requirements for the professional quality and ability of physical education teachers.The professional development of physical education teachers directly affects high-quality professional and innovative physical education teachers.The physical education major undertakes the important task of cultivating physical education teachers in primary and middle schools.As a key period for the pre-service training of physical education teachers in primary and middle schools,the professional development of teachers of physical education majors has become an effective way to improve the quality of undergraduate physical education.Through the investigation of the status quo of the professional development of teachers in physical education majors in Liaoning Province,this paper analyzes the influencing factors,and puts forward the promotion strategy of the professional development of teachers of physical education majors in Liaoning Province,in order to improve the professionalism of college students majoring in physical education in Liaoning Province.Providing theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the quality of physical education and the construction of physical education teachers in Liaoning Province.The research uses literature review method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method,etc.to carry out research.Based on the definition of the specialization of physical education teachers,through the preparation of the "Special Questionnaire for Professional Development of Physical Education Teachers",The current situation of the cultivation of college students majoring in physical education in Liaoning Province and the status quo of its professional development are empirically analyzed.According to the "Professional Standards for Primary and Secondary School Teachers"(Trial),the basic requirements of teachers' professional concepts and professional ethics,professional knowledge and professional competence,combined with the training objectives,curriculum,teaching conditions,and teaching staff of the physical education major,investigate and understand The professional development of teachers of physical education majors in Liaoning Province,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the improvement of the quality of physical education professionals.Research conclusions:(1)Six colleges and universities in Liaoning Province have different training objectives for physical education majors,and they have their own characteristics.The training objectives are mainly divided into: compound sports talents,applied sports educationtalents,senior professional talents,and advanced applied talents;(2)The curriculum is similar in terms of curriculum,there are three main categories in the curriculum: general education?subject knowledgethe?elective course;(3)in the teaching practice,the existing talent training mode of colleges and universities in Liaoning Province It is difficult to meet the needs of practical teaching.Theory and practice cannot be fully combined,and the theory is lightly practiced.(4)The training program is not fully integrated with the Professional Standards for Primary and Secondary School Teachers.There is a gap between the skills of teachers and the Professional Standards for Primary and Secondary School Teachers.Suggestions: Change the educational concept of physical education teachers,and establish the basic concepts of“teaching morality first”,“taking students as the main body”,“ taking emphasis on educational skills ” and “ lifelong learning ” in line with the“Professional Standards for Primary and Secondary School Teachers”(Trial);Formulate new training objectives,set goals should be based on social needs,combine the actual conditions of different regions and conditions of running schools,scientifically formulate the training objectives of physical education majors;establish a reasonable curriculum system,adjust curriculum hours The proportion,respect for the individual differences and specialties of the students,make the curriculum structure more complete;fully reflect the student's main body status,the educational internship time can not be limited to the regular class time,but also can use the holidays,organize training courses,and target students.Intensive training.
