Presently,Asia is seen as the most unique region worldwide,a universally drive of development motivated by innovation, investment, technology, and productivity.Women are doing what they can to pursue and are helping encouraging growth, creating important positive changes to nourishing and advancing Asia's growth and helping people move out of poverty. However, there are still huge gaps present on the equality of gender in the society and in work place in several countries of the region. It is merely impossible to develop full potential economically when women are being held back and unable to reach their maximum capabilities and skills. As has been stated by Mao Zedong that'Women hold up half the sky.'Hence with this statement rise a question of whether women are given the same favorable circumstance as men in terms of employment and education, and are the relationships between high levels of female education and labor force participation would enhance economic efficiency? In theory, economically, the latter question is strongly argued as if there is an increase source of workers, then it should be accompanied with an increase level of GDP per capita. Therefore, this paper examined the effects of female participation on economic development where variables such as education, labor force, and political seats are taken into account. The use of solow-growth model and panel data model of regression was being applied in this paper. The data used in this research was secondary data taken from a number of sources. All the data were extracted which are presumed to obtain connections on economic growth. The data set comprised from the years 1999 to 2017 which was 19 years of data collection, which agreed to obtain updated available data as they were in recent years. This research study applied to Asia countries which in this case,34 Asia countries were taken into consideration. The result showed that female education and female labor force participation as well as control variables such as population growth,FDI,domestic investment had positive significant to economic growth. However, women's participation in political seats was found insignificant. This may be because female education and female labor force are rising in the Asia Region, but there are still challenges women face to keep the pace of growing and improving women's equality.
