Early childhood is a critical period for children to develop basic movements and motor abilities. Some studies have pointed out that if the human body lacks appropriate sports environment during the sensitive and critical period of basic motor development, its basic motor skills cannot be exercised properly, which will affect the development of its motor ability. This is also the root of the lack of motor ability of most adults.Developing balance is important for everyone, especially in early childhood.Early childhood is the most critical period of human growth and development. Therefore, the study and evaluation of children's balance ability has important research value. On the basis of the functions corresponding to the human body structure,a series of body movements in different presentation, movement development stages and the process of mastering movement skills in time and space are collectively referred to as functional movements. The successful application of functional training in functional rehabilitation of the elderly,high-level athletic fitness of athletes and improvement of adolescent health and physique provides ideas for this study. Its core concept is "movement is movement",basically in line with People's Daily work needs and the needs of long-term development of athletes.Functional training equipment is not only simple, practical, and a variety of colors, such as small hurdle frame, sensitive ring, durian ball, rope ladder.Through these training equipment, can not only improve children's interest in sports, but also can ensure the effect and safety of children in the process of sports. Therefore, through the combination of the concept of functional training and the law of children's balanced development, new ideas are provided for improving children's balance ability and enriching children's physical education. This study combines the theory of human movement development with the concept of functional training to develop the curriculum of functional balance movement development for children aged 3-6 years and explore whether it has an impact on the balance ability of children aged 3-6 years.120 children aged 3-6 years old in Beijing liu shikun music kindergarten were selected as experimental subjects. They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, and there was no significant difference in the children's balance ability between the two groups. Then, the experimental group conducted experimental intervention, the control group according to the kindergarten syllabus normal class. After 12 weeks of experimental intervention, the experimental group and the control group were tested again, and the test results before and after the experiment were statistically analyzed with SPSS22.0,and the following conclusions were drawn:1.Functional balance course has a certain impact on the development of children's balance ability from 3 to 6 years old.Compared with the control group, the children in the experimental group showed no significant effect on several indicators of balance ability, while the static balance indicators showed no significant effect on open eye standing on one foot and closed eye standing on one foot.In the index of dynamic balance, there was no significant effect of pivoting with closed eyes, but there was significant effect ofvestibular stepping and balance beam walking.2.The influence of functional balance ability courses on the balance ability of children aged 3-6 years old varies with different genders. The improvement of the girls' balance ability in the three age groups was greater than that of the boys, and the increase of the other six was different in different age groups.
