Research significance:since the general administration of sport of China put forward and promoted "happy gymnastics" in 2014,the gymnastics management center of general administration of sport of jiangsu province responded to the call and actively held provincial and municipal happy gymnastics competitions,coaches and referees training,and vigorously promoted the development of happy gymnastics.Children are the country's hope for the future of the nation,can let more children participate in the joy,for the realization of China's gymnastics reserves of excellent reserve talent laid a foundation,but also conducive to the healthy growth of children's bodies.Through literature review,it is found that balance training plays an important role in children's growth and development stage.However,there are few researches on children's balance ability in China.This study explores the influence and rules of happy gymnastics on children's balance ability through the intervention of happy gymnastics training.Research methods:based on the happiness of 5 to 7 years old children gymnastics training balance as the research object,the influence of using the literature material method,test method,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis and other research methods,yizheng city charm of happy gymnastics training gymnastics club YiHua kindergarten children and the age of five,a total of 24(12 boys and 12 girls)tested for 12 weeks observation of children,were tested twice before and after the observation;Gymnastics clubs have to rhyme force practice one year 6 years old children and have two years of 7 years old children's balance ability test,try to explore without gymnastics training,after a year and two years happy gymnastics training of 5 to 7 years old children balance change law of the development characteristics of 5 to 7 years old children's balance ability,for promoting the development of the ability to balance and happiness to provide theoretical reference in the promotion of gymnastics in the campus.Research results:(1)12 weeks of happy gymnastics training can improve the static balance of 5-year-olds.(2)12 weeks of happy gymnastics training can improve the dynamic balance of 5-year-olds.(3)continuous happy gymnastics training can significantly improve the static balance ability of children at 6 and 7 years old,and the improvement of the static balance ability of the right foot of children at 6 years old is better than that of the left foot.(4)continuous happy gymnastics can significantly improve the dynamic balance ability of children at the age of 6 and 7,and long-term adherence to happy gymnastics exercises is conducive to the healthy development of children's balance ability.
