Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Constructing Harmonious Labor Relations In Zhengzhou City

Labor relations is one of the most basic and important relationships in human society.Harmonious and stable labor relations are directly related to the vital interests of the broad masses of workers and industrial enterprises,and directly related to the development of social economy.However,with the continuous strengthening of the construction of the national central city in Zhengzhou,the economic development mode has been accelerated,the structural reform of the supply side has been comprehensively promoted,the scale of the enterprise has been continuously expanded,and the number of employees has also been increasing.As well as their interests and demands are constantly diversified,Zhengzhou`s economic development has entered a new normal,and social labor relations contradictions have continued to enter a period of frequent development.This paper investigates the basic situation of enterprises in Zhengzhou City in terms of labor,social security,income distribution,rest and vacation,etc.From the perspectives of government,enterprises,trade unions,laborers,etc.,the existing labor contracts are not standardized,and wages are not calculated.Analyze and study the outstanding problems such as ambiguity,unbalanced social security treatment,large pressure on labor disputes,and unclear role of grassroots trade unions.Combining the opportunity of Zhengzhou City to build a national central city and six orientations,from labor contract system and social security policy And the work mechanism of mediation and other aspects have proposed countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of harmonious labor relations in Zhengzhou City,in order to further develop government functions and improve the government`s responsibilities and power system,thus promoting the development of harmonious labor relations in Zhengzhou.
