Throughout ancient and modern,the classroom teaching reform in China is always imported some teaching theory,teaching method and teaching technology from western country.On this basis,we rebuilt or reconstructed the original classroom teaching.Although the country spends a lot of manpower and resources on updating teaching equipment and training teachers,the results are still minimal.In China,the classroom teaching reform always launched as administrative as the leading factor and developed with top-down way.The teacher only could cooperate and respond the country's call actively,and often ignored whether they could digest and accept the new teaching theory and culture or not in time.Teachers as the backbone of the classroom teaching reform in university,is the key to the success of classroom teaching reform,so it is particularly important for us to focus on teacher's acculturation behavior in classroom teaching reform.This thesis analyze the teacher's acculturation in classroom teaching reform about eight universities and colleges from Shanxi province which based on Berry's Acculturation Strategy.In this thesis,it mainly adopted the interview and text analysis,what's more it uses the qualitative analysis software NVivo to process the interview data.This thesis is divided into six parts.Part one introduce the motivation of this thesis,significance of the selected topic and research design.Part two is the literature review which include to define the concept of Culture,Acculturation,Acculturation Strategy,investigate the study of acculturation strategy from domestic and western countries and acculturation study in educational reform.Part three is the result and analysis of teacher's acculturation strategy in classroom teaching reform,it expounds the attitudes and behaviors of four types of teacher.Part four are the strategies which can help teachers to conquer the cultural maladjustment when they encounter other educational culture.Part five is the study result and reflection of basic education.Part six is the complimentary close.
