Research purposes: To observe the effects of physical activity training on the adolescent basketball players' sensitive qualities,and to provide reference for the training methods of young basketball players' agility.Research methods: With physical exercise function training as the intervention method,24 basketball players aged 16-18 years were selected as subjects,and changes in adolescents' agility before and after physical exercise function training were studied.After reading a large amount of literature,FMS was selected to test the athlete's basic movement pattern,and the J.P.parallel movement test,hexagonal sensitivity test,T-test,and 1 minute skipping four tests were used to test the athletes' agility.Based on FMS test scores and sensitive test scores,the subjects were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group.Functional training and traditional training were performed for the two groups,and the training was performed separately from the fixed time every week.The other time and the special training were the same for both groups.After eight weeks of training,sensitive diathesis tests were performed again for the two groups.After recording the results,statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 19.0 for the intragroup and intergroup of the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment.Study results: After eight weeks of physical activity training intervention,the experimental group's FMS score,1-minute skipping rope,hexagonal sensitivity test,JP concurrency test,T-test score,and change direction test score were all better than before the experiment(P<0.05),and better than the experimental group(P<0.05).Analysis conclusion:1.Body sports function training can effectively improve the basketball player's ability to respond sensitively,change direction,improve athletes' agility and improve their athletic ability.2.Physical activity training can improve the athlete's sensitive quality more safely and efficiently,reduce athletes' sports injury risk,and increase exercise life.3.Compared with traditional training methods,physical exercise training has a better effect on improving the basketball players' agility.
