As a relatively new type of training method,physical function training is a hot topic of practice and theory currently.It is closely related to the development of competitive sports.In particular,it has become increasingly prominent in competitive sports training recently.The physical function training is introduced into China with the widely used in volleyball,diving,badminton and other sports.University Basketball Association is the cradle of basketball talent selection for China Basketball Association(CBA)or higher level competitions.Nowadays,China University Basketball Association(CUBA)is an important stage of basketball development in China.As the champion team of CUBA in Shandong province for three consecutive years,the team of Shandong Agricultural University has been ranked in the top four,and get a good result of 5th in both National University Games and the 20 th China university Basketball Association(CBUA).As the research object,the High-Quality Men's basketball team in Shandong Agricultural University is more representative and worthwhile to analyze.This article mainly uses the method of experimental contrast,expert interview,mathematical statistics,the literature study.Through the comparison of the experiments,it shows the relationship between physical function training and traditional training,as well as the their different effects on basketball training Moreover,it discusses the changes of High-Quality men's basketball team of Shandong Agricultural University after applying the physical function training,and evaluates whether physical function training can play a role,improve basketball skills in the training of high-quality men's basketball team,and its rationale for the development of college basketball.This essay also analyzes the rationality and efficiency of this training method,and provides theoretical and referential value in enriching the training methods of men basketball in colleges and universities.Through the empirical study of physical function training to High-Quality Men's basketball team in Shandong Agricultural University,the following conclusion can be drawn:(1)Overall,physical function training improves the level of basketball skills so as to determine that its training method is available and presents better training results.This study found that in the basketball sports,the squat test screening results not ideal,in this mode is mainly part of the ability of closed chain hip knee ankle is missing,cause the instep flexor limitations and calf muscle group limited ability,the thigh strength and flexibility,performance next crouching moves the body leaning forward or backward.(2)Although the effect of physical function training is worthy of recognition,the training effect of traditional training cannot be completely denied.They should coexist and be complementary to each other.(3)Based on function,after screening tests is common basketball mobilization body strength and coxal muscle strength is insufficient so that the dynamic stability of lower limb,shoulder joint problem of poor flexibility,right shoulder is much better than the left shoulder,some athletes ankle flexibility is poor,there exist some problems in the stability of the overall coordination of screening by the movements of the function of athletes before and after the experiment score score significantly higher than after compare and analysis of the experiment before the trial,shows that action of athletes is improved and improve,screening score improved,shows that damage probability is reduced,on the contrary screening score is low,show that damage increased chance,fixed number of year of the movement,of course,will affect risk injury which affects screening score.(4)The training equipment for basketball men's teams in colleges and universities is yoga balls,yoga mats,rope ladders,which aims to enhance the stability,coordination and self-control of the players.This training method helps on improving the effective transmission of the whole physical power chain,increasing shooting rate,and improving the movement consistency of all kinds of defensive fast-break steals and other techniques,which would increase the ornamental significance of the competition.(5)It should be ensured that the training activities are completed accurately and standardized,which aims to build up the inner and outer small muscle groups more effectively.Because of its characteristics,the physical function training can be divided into three phases:learning,consolidation and organic connection to ensure training progress and training effectiveness.Through these three stages of training,the consistency and systematicness can be achieved.After three stages of training,the scores of the seven movements showed that only one person scored the lowest score of 14 points,and the highest score was 20,with a score approaching 21.
