In the past few decades, electrical stimulation training has been widely used in the field of rehabilitation and sports.Electrical stimulation training can induce superficial or non-tonic contraction of superficial skeletal muscle and can be used for training. At present, electric stimulation strength training has been widely used in sports training. It is considered as an auxiliary means to develop athletes' muscle strength safely and effectively, but there are few research results related to improving the muscle quality of rowers. Objective: This study attempts to conduct a 6-week superimposed electrical stimulation and resistance training intervention for male athletes of the Shanghai Rowing Team.Through the analysis of surface EMG and athletic performance, the superimposed electrical stimulation resistance training is applied to the rowers' muscles. The influence of power provides a reference for the strength training of athletes in the rowing program as an effective auxiliary training method. Methods: In this study,16 professional rowers with 5-10 years of training experience from the Shanghai Rowing Team were selected as the research objects. The random draws were randomly divided into groups, and the strength training program was jointly developed with the national special rowing head coach.Experimental intervention training The cycle was 6 weeks, and the experimental group was immersed in the electrical stimulation resistance training(8,the electric stimulation was applied to the quadriceps of the lower limbs of the body),and the conventional squat resistance training(8)in the control group was collected. The maximum strength index of all subjects before and after the experiment was 1 RM;the strength of the explosive force index was static jump and reverse jump;the strength endurance index was 60% 1RM squat times, the average power,instantly,3 minutes,5 minutes of blood lactate Immediate heart rate;the above three types of indicators collect surface EMG data in real time;special maximum anaerobic output power indicator dynamometer 1 minute full stroke paddle frequency, distance, per paddle power. All data of a series of test indicators were statistically processed and analyzed by Excel 2010 and SPSS20 0.0.In this study, descriptive statistics were expressed as mean ± standard deviation(SD ± `x).For the data statistics between the groups before and after the experiment, the factor repeated measures analysis of variance was used. The significance level was set to 0.05,and when the result P < 0.05,the difference was significant, and when the result P > 0.05,the difference was not significant. Results: After 6 weeks of intervention,(1)the scores of athletes in both groups were significantly improved, but the single resistance training group(change rate = 4.70% ± 5.75%,effect rate = 0.57)was more than the electrical stimulation group(change rate = 3.77%±4.42%,effect rate=0.20)The increase is more obvious. The amplitude and integral myoelectricity of the quadriceps and biceps muscles in the electrical stimulation group show a decreasing trend, which means that the degree of synchronization is improved, and the single resistance is increased. In the opposite direction of the training group, the increase in amplitude and integral myoelectricity is the reason for the improvement of the score;(2)the rebound performance of the two groups of athletes decreased, but the electrical stimulation group(change rate =-0.40% ± 3.69%,effect amount =-0.26)Compared with the single resistance(rate of change =-2.95% ± 7.12%,effect amount =-0.32),the reduction trend is small, and the amplitude of the quadriceps and biceps muscles of the electrical stimulation group is decreased, but the degree of synchronization is increased, and the single resistance is increased. The amplitude of the training group increased and the degree of synchronization decreased.(3)The maximum strength of both groups of rowers was significantly improved, which was attributed to the increase of the number of nerve-activated muscle fibers in the lateral femoral muscle, medial femoral muscle and biceps femoris. And superimposed electrical stimulation group(change rate = 5.83% ± 6.63%,effect amount = 0.36)More traditional resistance training group(the rate of change = 4.29% ± 4.94%,ES = 0.19)were much higher.(4)The lower limb strength endurance(60% squat 1RM times)of the two rowers was significantly improved, and the electrical stimulation group(change rate=24.74%±24.69%,effect amount=0.74)was significantly higher than the traditional resistance training. The group(rate of change=4.36%±6.39%,effect rate=0.28),which is more obvious than the traditional resistance training group, and the muscle fiber recruitment ability of the medial femoral muscle and the biceps femoral muscle increased.Increased fatigue of various muscle groups outside the muscle.(5)The distance between the paddles of the superimposed electric stimulation group(variation rate = 0.87% ± 1.48%,effect amount = 0.20)and the frequency(rate of change = 4.33% ± 6.37%,effect amount = 1.04)were significantly improved,1 minute. The average power trend slows down and the output power increases. In the traditional resistance training group, the distance of the paddles decreases(change rate =-0.87% ± 2.53%,effect amount =-0.19),and the frequency increases(change rate = 1.60% ± 9.19).%,effect amount = 0.27),the 1-minute average power trend decreases in rate.Conclusions:(1)Under the research training program model, the impact of interventions on each index was not statistically significant. Both the superimposed electrical stimulation training and the single resistance training can increase the synchronization degree and activation efficiency of the quads and biceps of the rowers, and increase the explosive force of the static jumping and the centrifugal force of the reverse jumping. There is no upward trend in the power of the centripetal force;(2)The superimposed electric stimulation training and the single resistance training group can reduce the instantaneous activation degree of the quads of the rowers, increase the degree of synchronization of the quadriceps muscles, improve the efficiency of the muscles, and thus increase the maximum strength of the squats. There was no significant difference in group effect, but the effect of superimposed electric stimulation training was significantly higher than that of single resistance training;(3)The superimposed electric stimulation training helps to increase the muscle fiber recruitment and anti-fatigue ability of the medial and biceps muscles of the rowers, but the training effect is significantly better than that of the single-strength.Resistance training(4)The superimposed electric stimulation training can help to improve the maximum anaerobic work retention ability and the paddle frequency of the rower's special dynamometer, and the effect ancestors are better than the single resistance training.
