Multi-direction movement training is a system of body function training.Multi-direction movement training is a kind of training in which the trainees can quickly react in the movement and complete a certain movement in the shortest time.It makes use of rope ladder,logo barrel and special methods to carry out various movement patterns,which has a great influence on improving the training of footwork movement ability.At present,the multi-direction movement training method is generally recognized in foreign countries.Multi-direction movement training can not only improve the speed and sensitivity of the body,but also optimize the nervous system,so as to improve the body function.With the constant update and development of the training concept,the training means are constantly enriched,and the development of multi-direction mobile training is increasingly improved.However,at present,there are only a few domestic studies on this aspect,only some articles on the physical agility of middle school students,but few studies on the control ability of body posture in running of middle school students.In the age stage of middle school students,a lot of ball games need to have good ability of rapid change to move and a good body posture to complete a variety of activities,which is very important for middle school students basic ability.Therefore,the author studied the value and specific training content of multi-direction mobile training method in middle school students' sports ability,and screened out the training method suitable for middle school students' multi-direction mobile ability,so as to improve their own sports ability and basic skills.The training of the students is the critical period of physical development,therefore based on the experimental school of Beijing university of technology after homogeneity test40 teenager students are selected as experimental object,were randomly divided into experimental group(N = 20)and the control group(N = 20),and probes into the experimental group for 8 weeks of practice direction,for middle school students' ability of fast change to explore the method and the effects of body posture control.The Illinois,Nebraska and T runs were selected as the test criteria for the dart ability,and the acute Angle "W",right-angle "L",and obtuse Angle "Y",as well as the Dartfish software,were selected as the evaluation criteria for body posture.Independent sample T test and paired sample T test were conducted on various indicators of the experimental group and control group before and after the experiment,and the following conclusions were drawn:1.Multi-direction movement training showed significant improvement in FMS test scores of squat,crossbar step,straight leg split squat,trunk stability push-ups and body rotationstability of middle school students in the experimental group,but had no significant effect on active straight knee lift and shoulder flexibility tests.The FMS test scores of the middle school students in the control group were improved by traditional mobile training,but the improvement was limited,and there was no significant effect.2.The results of multi-direction movement training on Illinois running test,Nebraska running test and t-shaped running test were significantly improved,and the improvement was greater than the control group.It shows that multi-direction movement training can effectively enhance the ability of middle school students to change direction quickly,help students form correct action mode,achieve the effect of stopping and accelerating during the movement,and reduce the risk of sports injury.3.The results of multi-direction movement training and traditional movement training on the tests of "W","L" and "Y" can be improved,but the effect of the experimental group is better than that of the control group.In addition,Dartfish was used to analyze the video,and it was found that the experimental group had significantly reduced hip and knee angles,which could help students to reconstruct the center of gravity in the process of moving,thus improving the speed of directional change.This shows that multi-direction movement training can effectively improve the body posture control ability of middle school students.Students should get ready for the posture before starting the movement and can effectively control their body posture in the face of various changes.Therefore,good body posture has a great impact on sports performance.4.Rapid change in middle school to ability and body posture control ability tests,in addition to the "W" shape,traditional mobile training on other indicators have varying degrees of increase,but the extent of ascension is limited,the movement of the traditional training forward running practice more,on the basis of the need to strengthen the training of the comprehensive action pattern,make traditional mobile training sports training together,each other with multiple directions of training the effect will be better.
