In competitive sports,almost every sport requires athletes to move at a specific speed and track.However,mobile ability is the most basic sport ability for athletes to engage in various special sports activities.The level of mobile ability has a direct impact on Athletes' performance in the competition.Therefore,in the process of sports training,the training of mobile ability plays an extremely important role in many projects.Most of the domestic experts and scholars take the special mobile ability as the starting point,and analyze and study many effective training methods and means to improve the mobile ability by means of The Multi-dimensional mobile training,rapid telescoping composite training,core training and other means.However,in the previous research results,there are few studies on the movement ability of athletes from the perspective of posture control,using The Multi-dimensional elastic band resistance training with multiple elastic sites acting on multiple joints at the same time.The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of the intervention methods adopted in the experiment on the movement ability of College Students' athletes,and to analyze its influence on the movement ability of College Students' athletes from the perspective of posture control,so as to provide new ideas,methods and means for the training and research of movement ability in the field of sports training.Research methods: This study adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,experiment,statistics and logical analysis.Through the expert interview and literature review,26 college students of Capital Institute of physical education athletes' mobile ability was carried out for 10 weeks.The experimental group took VertiMax explosive force training platform as the intervention method,and the control group took super elastic band as the intervention method For the experimental study of intervention means,the PA 200 le body posture evaluation equipment was used to measure the percentage of plantar pressure data and other test indicators when the human body stood still,and the data before and after the experiment were statistically analyzed to explore the influence of The Multi-dimensional elastic band resistance training on the movement ability of College Students' athletes from the perspective of posture control.The experimental results are as follows:1.After the experiment,the movement ability,body posture control ability and lower extremity explosive force of VertiMax explosive force training platform group(experimental group)were compared before and after the experiment.It was foundthat the above data were statistically significant in the group,and showed significant differences,and there were also statistical differences with the control group.2.After the experiment,the movement ability,the body posture control ability and the lower extremity explosive force of the super elastic band group(control group)were compared before and after the experiment.It was found that only the t-running and the lower extremity explosive force test results in the above data were statistically significant,and no significant difference was found in other indexes.Conclusion:1.The Multi-dimensional elastic band resistance exercise is superior to the single dimensional elastic band resistance exercise in improving the joint angle of athletes in movement.2.The Multi-dimensional elastic band resistance exercise can not only improve the movement ability of athletes,but also have a positive impact on the explosive power of athletes' lower limbs.3.The Multi-dimensional elastic band resistance exercise can improve the movement ability of college athletes by promoting the control ability of their body posture in motion.
