In real life,people always subconsciously think that the strength of the human body comes from the limbs,so many coaches misunderstand that as long as the limbs are strong,they can throw farther,jump higher and run faster in the process of sports.In fact,the strength of the human body during exercise does not come from the limbs.It comes from the core area of the human body.We call it trunk prop force because it is the center and foundation of action.Trunk prop,as the central bridge of human energy transmission,creates a fulcrum for different limbs in the process of movement,keeps good posture,establishes a transmission channel for the power transmission of different parts,and makes the power transmission of human body more efficient.It plays an important role in reducing wear and preventing sports injury.This research adopts the methods of literature,experiment,mathematical statistics,questionnaire and expert interview.40 college entrance examination students in Xicheng Middle School of Dangshan County,Anhui Province were selected as the experimental subjects.Through two-week pre-experiment and eight-week formal experiment,this paper explores the influence of traditional core strength training and trunk prop strength training on the sports performance of college entrance examination sports students.In this paper,the stability and flexibility of different joints are tested by FMS,the stability of trunk props under different plane conditions is tested by eight-stage overhead bridge,five-stage side bridge and six-stage overhead bridge,and the cumulative number of two-prone,prone back-up and left-right Waist-Up is measured by the dividing line of 30 s and 60 s,reflecting the explosive strength and endurance of trunk.By comparing the changes of each index of the two groups before and after the experiment,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)After eight weeks of trunk prop strength training,the effect of the experimental group of 100 m,shot put and standing triple jump is better than that of the control group.The experimental group can obviously improve speed and strength,but there is no difference between the control group(P > 0.05).In the endurance run of 800 meters,the experimental group and the control group have no effect on improving the performance of 800 meters.(2)After eight weeks of trunk prop strength training,there were significant differences in speed,strength,sensitivity and balance of physical fitness(P < 0.01).There was no significant difference in endurance and flexibility after the experiment(P > 0.05),and there was no significant difference in physical fitness after the experiment in the control group(P > 0.05).(3)After 8 weeks of trunk prop strength training,FMS test results improved significantly,which improved the left-right asymmetry of trunk,flexibility of hip and shoulder,and stability of pelvis and spine in the experimental group.The effect of the experimental group was betterthan that of the control group,and the incidence of sports injury was reduced.(4)After eight weeks' training of trunk prop strength,the effect of the experimental group on trunk explosive strength,endurance and stability is better than that of the control group,and the explosive strength,endurance and stability of trunk muscle group in the experimental group are significantly improved.Through the training of unstable state,the deep small muscle group is activated and the stability of trunk is increased.The proximal muscle group is fixed and the energy transmission efficiency is improved.
