The sports college entrance examination is one of the important ways to select sports talents in Hubei Province.The level of its students directly affects the reserve of sports reserve talents and the development level of sports teachers.The shot put project is a compulsory item in the sports college entrance examination in Hubei Province It is also a project where students lose points more seriously.Under the dual pressure of learning and training,sports college students need to constantly practice and explore in training methods to improve their professional performance.The in-situ shot put project is a sport dominated by the body's bottom-up order and rhythmic force.This sport has a series of dynamic chain transmission,which requires strong trunk strength to keep the body's center of gravity stable and fast.Recruit the power of the whole body for effective conduction.Trunk pillar strength training can improve the quality of limbs,enhance the efficiency of energy transmission,and prevent injuries.In this paper,aiming at the characteristics of the in-situ shot put project,combined with the training characteristics of the sports college candidates,by designing a series of trunk pillar training actions,it is grafted into the training of the sports college candidates' in-situ shot put,so as to improve the students' sports performance.It provides new ideas and references for future in-situ shot put training methods.This paper mainly uses different research methods such as literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method,etc.,taking 34 college entrance examination students in the third year of the second middle school in Honghu City,Hubei Province as the experimental object,and the experimental group conducts 12 weeks After the 12-week experiment,the shot put performance,FMS test indicators,and special physical fitness of the two groups of students were compared,and the obtained experimental results were analyzed.draw the following conclusions:(1)After 12 weeks of experimentation,both the experimental group and the control group had different degrees of improvement in the in-situ shot put performance.Compared with the control group,there was a significant difference in the experimental group's performance,indicating that the trunk pillar strength training was effective in improving students' performance.In situ shot put sports performance has a positive effect.(2)After the 12-week experiment,the trunk pillar strength training has a high significance in the hurdles,shoulder flexibility,squat,trunk stability push-up,and rotation stability,as well as the total score.Sex and stability and prevention of sports injuries have positive effects.(3)After the 12-week experiment,the trunk pillar strength training has a significant effect in improving the students' three special physical qualities of shot put forward throw,shot put back throw and standing long jump,and it is better than the control group.
