The Design And Research Of Competition Information System For 7th CISM Military World Games

The year of 2019 is the 70 th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.In the same year,the 7th CISM Military World Games will be the largest international sports event held in China after the Beijing Olympic Games.It fully embodies our country's national power,military power,and international influence.It represents our government,our people,our military,and has significant value to the world peace and the international military sports.Information System is the core technology in the CISM Military World Games.It is also the most crucial part of the event.In the history of such high-level Multi-Sport Event,the Information System should mostly serve for various competitions,the command services,the social media services,and the public.Our goal and responsibility are to make sure the perfect design of this system as well as its performance.This will represent our organization level of the Military World Games,which will be secured and successfully held.What's more,this is the first time that our country is taking charge of the overall design of the Information System independently for such high-level multi-sport event.Therefore,it has tremendous guiding significance for future such events that are held in our country.This article uses dissertation crossover study,which includes literature review method,field trip method,experiential summary method,and interviewing method to analyze the demand of the Information System for our 7th CISM Military World Games.After analyzing the Information System of previous such multi-sport event,the designing plan of this System was based on their unique features of both Wuhan city and Military World Games.This article begins with introducing the relationship between the Multi-Sport Information System and its size as well as its development history.It summarizes the status quo of the technology research of the Large-Scale Multi-Sport Information System.In addition,it simply describes the overall demand and scope of the service staff for this Military World Games.And then,the article mostly focuses on analyzing the demand of the Information System in the Military World Games.The overall design of the Military World Games Information Systemincludes the basic designing itself,risk and response,personnel management,project schedule management,etc.Based on analyzing the design of this Information System,the article further introduces the innovation feature of the system.It highlights the application of standardization on Large-Scale Multi-Sport Event and innovation of communication,event management,and LED Information Display Board.The future development and application prospect are discussed at the end of this article as well as predicting the future development of the Games' Information System.According to data analysis and detailed expert argumentation,the following conclusion is drawn.The article outlines each procedure of the overall designing workflow of the Military World Games Information System.Along with the Service Requirements and Management Principles,the purpose of this article is to effectively improve the quality and efficiency of running the event and also ensure the success of the event.What's more,it will become a detailed guide for future designs of information system for Large-Scale Multi-Sport Event held in our country.
