Research On The Strategic Choice Of The Development Of Ice And Snow Sports In Zhangjiakou City From The Perspective Of The Beijing Winter Olympics

Snow and ice sports are the key winter sports in China.As successful bid to host the 2022 winter Olympics,as the winter of ice and snow sports get people to understand and be familiar with gradually,more and more people are involved in the ice and snow sports,and further promote the development and popularization,the ice and snow sports to further implement China's sports power construction and the national strategy of "health China" is of great significance.Popularity in ice and snow sports,rich variety of ice and snow sports activities,enhance the overall competitive level of the ice and snow sports,promote the ice and snow sports industry towards the direction of the sustainable and healthy development of the people's quality of life is increasing day by day,increasingly rich material and spiritual life,increasing physical exercise consciousness,is the successful bid to host the 2022 winter Olympics,the implementation of the "national fitness" the inevitable requirement of national strategy.In recent years,the national and local in order to speed up the rapid development and popularization of the national snow and ice sports,launched a series of policies and measures to promote the development of the local ice and snow sports,especially in the north of my country is rich in ice and snow resources areas,these areas of ice and snow sports development presents the fast development of the overall good situation,but there are still insufficient regional unbalanced development of ice and snow sports,the lack of facilities,less mass events,local ice and snow sports to explore issues.To realize the better and faster development of ice and snow sports,we must start with the publicity and development of local ice and snow sports.Zhangjiakou,as the co-host city of the Winter Olympic Games with Beijing,enjoys unique geographical advantages and abundant ice and snow sports.However,the development of ice and snow sports in Zhangjiakou is in a state of "short time,weak foundation and heavy task",which poses a severe challenge to the development and popularization of ice and snow sports in Zhangjiakou.How to develop the ice and snow sports in Zhangjiakou and how to adopt the development strategy is an important subject that deserves attention and consideration.However,as can be seen from the relevant researches on the development strategies of the existing ice and snow sports events,it is inevitable that there is a large subjective component in the process of formulating strategies,and quantitative research methods are seldom used to draw objective and reliable conclusions.Therefore,on the basis of forefathers' research,this study through interview method,questionnaire survey,SWOT,the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis method to dig deeper into the internal and external factors affecting the development of ice and snow sports in zhangjiakou,for the ice and snow sports in zhangjiakou direction and provide the specific strategic measures,for the sustainable development of zhangjiakou ice and snow sports to provide important reference and reference.The research conclusion is as follows:(1)In the future development of ice and snow sports in Zhangjiakou City,it should adopt a conservative strategy to develop steadily and conservatively.While gradually changing its own shortcomings,it should take the initiative to avoid external challenges and take strategic measures to maintain stability and conservatism.(2)Collaborative governance of organizations is still the biggest weakness of ice and snow sports in Zhangjiakou,while the sustainability of social funds and policy support is the biggest challenge restricting the sustainable development of ice and snow sports.Therefore,it is necessary to gradually improve and perfect the cooperative governance ability of ice and snow sports in Zhangjiakou,and actively avoid the challenge of sustainability from social funds and policy support,which is the strategic focus of the development of ice and snow sports in Zhangjiakou.(3)It should take the initiative to change and solve the problems of collaborative governance in organizations and improve the capacity of collaborative governance;Enhancing the sustainability of social funding and policy support;To improve the hematopoietic function of the snow and ice sports industry;Strengthen the support of "invite in,go out" for ice and snow talents;Streamlining the organization of associations while streamlining administration and delegating power;Vigorously support the development of local ice and snow sports industry to form local advantages;We will increase government spending and reduce or exempt taxes and fees.Actively undertake sports events to improve the effective use of ice and snow venues;Coordinate the development of ice and snow sports to make up for the shortcomings;The framework for the development of ice and snow sports will be further improved.
