In tennis,the application rate of tennis players' forehand shots is greater than70%,while other return methods such as cutting-ball,one-handed backhand,and double-reverse are less than 30%.Tennis forehand shots are fast and controllable.Strong and so on,so young tennis players are more suitable to use forehand shots to increase the threat of hitting.Young tennis players are in the stage of physical development.The prominent features of this stage are poor physical strength and stability.Strength and physical stability are indispensable factors in tennis.Strength can strengthen forehand ball speed and stability.Sex can increase the success rate of forehand shots.Core strength training is a way to train the muscles in the core area of the body.Through core strength training,the physical strength of young tennis players can be enhanced,the stability of the core area of the body can be improved,and the forehand effect can be increased.Therefore,the young tennis players are It is imperative to conduct core strength training.The research methods used in this paper are literature data,interviews,experimental methods and mathematical statistics.The experimental training method and experimental test items were determined by consulting the literature and expert interviews,and the data before and after the experiment were analyzed by mathematical statistics method.The data was used as the basis of this study.In this experiment,24 young tennis players were divided into two groups,which were used as experimental group and control group.The test of the experimental staff included the strength of young tennis players,core stability,forehand ball speed,forehand control ability,etc.several aspects.The experimental group and the control group met the experimental requirements in the selection of the experimental personnel.Through this research,I hope to provide a practical basis for young tennis players in training.The results of the study: After the strength training of the experimental group and the control group,the core strength of the experimental staff in the two groups was significantly higher than that before the experiment.After the experiment,the core strength training method of the experimental group was superior to the training modeof the control group,indicating the core strength.Training can have a positive impact on the strength of the core part of youth tennis;after the experiment,the upper and lower limb strength of the experimental group and the control group is better than that before the experiment.After the experiment,there is no significant difference in the limb strength between the experimental group and the control group,indicating that the core strength training The traditional strength training has an effect on the strength of the upper and lower limbs of young tennis players.The core stability test results of the experimental group and the control group have significantly increased.The core stability of the experimental group is better than that of the control group,indicating that the core strength training is for the young tennis players.The core stability has a positive impact;after the experiment,the forehand ball speed of the two groups of experimental staff increased compared with that before the experiment.After the experiment,the forehand ball growth rate of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,indicating that the core strength training can Effectively improve the speed of the forehand shot of young tennis players The experimental group and the control group had a significant increase in the forehand tennis control ability after the experiment.The experimental group's tennis drop control ability was stronger than that of the control group,indicating that the young tennis player's forehand shot control ability can pass through the core.Strength training is improved.
