In the information age,smart phones have become the standard equipment for college students,and the unique media environment generated by mobile phone technology is gradually formed.The resulting positive and negative effects have attracted extensive attention in the field of education and even the society.Especially in recent years,due to the advantages in technology,emotion and participation,smart phones are closely associated with college students."Never leave the phone" has become the normal life on campus,and "phubbers" can be seen everywhere.In addition,some mobile apps take advantage of the weakness of students' lack of self-control and media criticism consciousness to induce them to engage in excessive consumption and entertainment activities,resulting in a series of mobile phone use problems such as online loan App chaos and mobile game addiction on campus.Therefore,how to guide the "mobile phone group" to seek advantages and avoid disadvantages has become an urgent task for colleges and universities to carry out media literacy education in the new era.However,the era of 5G has come,and mobile media technology is constantly presenting more new functions and features.Traditional media literacy theories and practices are far from meeting the media literacy requirements of users of new technologies represented by smart phones.Therefore,it is increasingly important to carry out research on new media literacy education represented by smart phones.This study aims to promote the development of normal university students and improve their mobile media literacy,and it takes the connotation and characteristics,structure and function,formation and development mechanism and path of mobile media literacy as the content.This study is dedicated to finding ways and means to improve the mobile media literacy of normal university students,so that they can better use mobile phones to serve their social development and enhance the intrinsic value of mobile phone use.Firstly,this paper discusses the concept of mobile media literacy in detail.Starting from the subject status of mobile media in the historical pattern of media,this paper demonstrates the important value and significance of mobile media literacy as a basic quality of modern citizens.At the same time,starting from the new technical characteristics,emotional characteristics and participation characteristics of modern mobile media,and from the perspective of user and social development,this paper demonstrates the increasingly personalized,moredevelopmental,more critical and more practical characteristics of mobile media literacy.Secondly,in order to transform the concept of mobile media literacy into practical methods with operability,this paper constructs the core framework of mobile media literacy(UACE)under the guidance of relevant theories,and it analyzes and summarizes the current situation of mobile media literacy of normal university students in detail based on the framework.Thirdly,based on the overall understanding of the current situation of mobile media literacy education in China,researchers set out to design MOOC courses of mobile media literacy for normal university students.Through comparative analysis of related good examples,the paper summarizes the general principles and characteristics of MOOC design.Then the author designs the content system,resource system,activity system and evaluation system for mobile media literacy MOOC,formed a content system table and a design table of mobile media literacy MOOC for normal university students.Finally,according to the course design table of mobile media literacy MOOC,the researcher developed and produced some mobile media literacy MOOC course videos,as a preliminary exploration of mobile media literacy education practice,and can be applied to specific teaching practice for test in the following research.The preliminary exploration of mobile media literacy theory in this study supplemented and enriched the theoretical system of traditional media literacy,and the design and development of mobile media literacy MOOC also provided some ideas and positive reference value for the future practice of mobile media literacy education.
