Adolescent Competitive Table Tennis Reserve Personnel Training Mode Study In Liaoning Province

Table tennis is our national ball,but not from China,after table tennis was introduced into China,because of the few to site requirement,easy to understand rules,the limitation of equipment is not much more special,and suitable for the demand of the mass,so was deeply loved by the people.Is table tennis in our country have a stable mass base,and in nearly 20 years of excellent results have been in China,also more prompted the table tennis competition athletes training in our country,therefore how to cultivate Chinese table tennis reserve athletes is the key to the current development of our country,is also the focus of attention in China.Based on table tennis and badminton management center of liaoning province as the main research object,in view of the current in the center of table tennis team training content,training the achievements and problems in the process of analysis and investigation,the managers of table tennis sport management center of liaoning province athletes,coaches,parents,made a questionnaire and interview respectively.According to the questionnaires and interviews on the current problems we are facing is analyzed,combined with practical experience can find out the feasible Suggestions to solve the problem.From the analysis we can be roughly summed up the following questions(1)the current table tennis reserve talents in liaoning province is faced with many external factors,on the training mode of it,before the current training mode and training mode of great change have taken place,from special,the single way to training for the body to teach the combination of multiple training modes,from training mode more incline to at western mode of education,the education mode is relatively reasonable,can effectively improve the athletes' various abilities;There is not enough athletes the training goal of pure,mostly by training with the outside world for other reasons,rather than the oneself to like,etc.(2)the degree of table tennis coaches in liaoning province and lack of ability,at present most of the coaches are professional athletes,or by training institutions to recruit when retired,or retired by education institutions such as recruitment,these coaches in practice is very good,but the level of scientific research ability is limited,the degree of scientific training.(3)table tennis reserve talents in liaoning province also has a lot of problems inthe management,the most obvious problem is that the teaching combined with the body,the current talent training in practice,sports system and education system is still the separate,not completely,both feel short available time with each other,hope can extend,practice often difficult to balance.
