Research On The Development Of Table Tennis Reserve Talents In Liaoning Province

Table tennis has always been the traditional advantage of Liaoning Province.In the development of many years,Liaoning Province has provided a large number of excellent athletes for China's table tennis national team.It is precisely because of the good talent training that Liaoning Province's table tennis level is in the leading position in the country.The training of reserve talents is the motive force for the continuous development of the project and the key link to ensure the sustainable and leading development of table tennis.Strengthening the strength and depth of the research on reserve talents of table tennis in Liaoning Province is of great significance for the good development of table tennis in Liaoning Province.This paper studies the development of reserve talents of table tennis in Liaoning Province from the perspective of the 13 th Provincial Games just finished.By using the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,cluster analysis and logical analysis,221 athletes and 39 coaches in the Youth Table Tennis Competition of the 13 th National Games in Liaoning Province were investigated and studied.Through more detailed research and Analysis on the development of table tennis reserve talents in Liaoning Province by the Provincial Games,this paper deeply understands the problems in the training of table tennis reserve talents in different regions,and puts forward reasonable suggestions in view of the problems,in order to provide certain theoretical basis for the development of table tennis reserve talents in Liaoning Province.The specific conclusions of the study are as follows:The reserve quantity of table tennis reserve talents in Liaoning Province is insufficient to meet the needs of the development of competitive level;the material allocation of table tennis is is far from enough to provide scientific support for the development of reserve talents;the special fund of reserve talents is insufficient,the fund supply is relatively single,and the reserve personnel do not fully activate the vitality of the market and social forces;The talent training system is unreasonable,and there are some unsound phenomena.The government-led brand is still continuing in the management system,and the positivefactors of the market are still not released.Liaoning provincial teams have shortage of personnel and gender imbalance at all stages of reserve personnel training;medals and scores of table tennis events in various regions are relatively concentrated;Shenyang is the development advantage area of reserve personnel training;Dalian,Anshan,Fushun and Jinzhou are the general areas of development,and the rest of the areas need further development.Coaches are not well equipped and reserve talents lack the accumulation and popularization of coaches in their development;coaches' academic qualifications need to be further improved;coaches' coaching age is basically in the period of 5-10 years;coaches' job training is relatively small,and inadequate job training restricts coaches' teaching ability to play a better role.On this basis,the following suggestions are put forward: strengthen the supply of table tennis coaches' quantity;pay attention to the improvement of table tennis coaches' quality;adhere to and improve the training system of reserve talents,strengthen the promotion and implementation of the registration system;increase the investment of scientific supporting facilities to enhance the pertinence and systematicness of reserve talents training.
