The 13th National Games Men's Taekwondo+80kg Level Technique And Tactics Characteristics Research

In this article,the techniques and tactics of Taekwondo male + 80 kg athletes in the 13 th National Games in 2017 were taken as the research object,and 19 matches of 16 Taekwondo Athletes in this level were selected for research,using the methods of documentation,video analysis,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.Through literature reading and literature review,it provides theoretical support and early ideas for this study.By using professional video processing software,the data of the 13 th National Games Taekwondo Men's + 80 kg level competition are counted;the statistical data are calculated scientifically and the relevant tables are drawn.According to the statistical data and the actual competition situation,this paper studies the technical and tactical characteristics of Taekwondo men+80kg athletes in the 13 th National Games,obtains the characteristics of the athletes' technical and tactical application,and gives relevant feasible suggestions,which can provide theoretical reference for the improvement of the technical and tactical level of Chinese male Taekwondo athletes and the better development of their competitive ability.The results are as follows:(1)In the 13 th National Games,the offensive techniques of Taekwondo male+80kg athletes were mainly horizontal kick and side kick,while the methods of down splitting and rotating leg were seldom used;2-point technique was the main technique,1-point technique and 4-point technique were seldom used.Athletes' attacking parts are concentrated on the front trunk,and they seldom use boxing and rotating head techniques.(2)The defensive techniques of Taekwondo men+80 kg players in the 13 th National Games are mainly arm block and foot movement defense,in which foot movement is mainly around,kick block and in-situ dodge defense techniques are less.Athletes' median defensive ability is prominent,and they are good at controlling the distance between the two sides and the rhythm of the game.(3)The tactics of Taekwondo men+80 kg players in the 13 th National Games are mainly active attack tactics,followed by defensive counterattack tactics,and defensive counterattack tactics are mainly horizontal kick after counterattack,while fewer false action tactics and sideline tactics are used.Athletes' tactical choice is relatively single,and the tactical success rate is low.(4)In order to adapt to the changing rules,athletes are also improving their own technical and tactical characteristics.Compared with the previous National Games,the use of front horizontal kick and side kick technology has been significantly improved,while the use of rear horizontal kick and rotation technology has been reduced;the use of active offensive tactics has been reduced,while defensive counterattack tactics and fake action tactics have been improved.
