Objective: This article explores Chang si gong the influence on college students' practicing,verify the health benefits of Chang si gong,to offer a set of simple and effective practice to improve the motion method.Methods: This research mainly uses the literature material method and experimental method,two experiments were conducted,aiming at college students with special training of martial arts and ordinary college students without sports,this paper explores the influence of Chan si gong on the range of motion of different types of college students.The experiment of a special subjects for wushu college students,the experimental group and control group each 16,the experimental group completed five weeks of Chan si gong intervention,2 times a week,40 minutes at a time,in the control group do not Chan si gong intervention;Experiment 2 subjects for ordinary college students,the experimental group and control group of 31 and 32,respectively,the experimental group completed 8 weeks intervention by the Chan si gong,1 times a week,and 40 minutes every time,the control do not Chan si gong intervention.In two experiments before and after using Angle ruler to motion test subjects,test contents include upper limbs,lower limbs and torso motion,after the experiment of two experimental data before and after the test of repetitive measure anova.Results:(1)In experiment 1,except for the abduction of the left thumb and flexion of the left knee,the interaction of the other 34 indicators(the interaction between time and group)was significant(P < 0.05),and the post-test group was better than the control group.(2)In experiment 2,in addition to 8 indicators of left and right wrist dorsiflexion and left and right hip internal rotation and left and right hip external rotation and left and right knee flexion,the other 28 indicators(the interaction between time and group)showed significant interaction(P < 0.05),and the post-test group was better than the control group.Conclusion:(1)Through 5 to 8 weeks of tie wire work practice,to improve special students and ordinary students and improvement of wushu the majority of upper limbs,lower limbs and torso motion,prompt shoulders work can improve the elasticity of soft tissue around the joints,stretching and muscle strength;(2)Under the influence of the physiological structure of knee joint and the practice mode of chan si gong,the practice of Chan si gong has little influence on the flexion range of knee joint of college students specialized in martial arts routines and ordinary college students.In a word,Chan si gong is a simple and efficient way to improve the range of motion of college students.
