Students' education teaching environment and the effect of learning have always been much accounted by teachers and parents.There are many factors that influence students'l earning effect.Thereby the seating plan of students in class has attracted more and more attention by parents and even the whole society.A large number of research findings show that the seating plan in the classroom can significantly affect the development of students from various aspects,and many people have also analyzed and studied from different perspectives.In China,the classrooms in high schools always have a comparatively large number of students.This is the fundamental reality,and due to which,students of most Chinese classrooms are arranged like transplanting the rice seedlings in paddy field.In this case,how to make students get sufficient development under such relatively fixed class mode has become a topic worthy research in current education conditions.Therefore,in this paper,the author took the academic achievements that the society and parents concern most as the research object,acquired data of students achievements and seating in classrooms from the working experience as high school teacher and three successive years of experience working as class administrator,as well questionnaire to other teachers and students,to study the rules and relat ionship between individual achievement and his/her surrounding classmates,which is reflected by the overall achievement situations of the front rows,middle rows,and back rows of the classroom by means of statistics and regression analysis,thus further analyzing the spatial distribution of academic achievements of students,and making quantitative analysis on learning effect of students.Besides,based on the research about the teacher position in classroom during class time and the questionnaire to students,the qualitative analysis was made on spatial condition of students'study effect.According to the above analysis,it is found that,the study effect is related to the seating position of the students.The overall academic performance of the students shows a downward trend from front to back.Most of the teachers are located in front of the platform and classroom.More students want to be seated in front of the classroom in order to achieve better learning results.And the relevant analysis is adopted to obtain the correlation between the study effect of the central students and the learning effects of the students around them.At the same time,according to the conclusions obtained,the author puts forward several reference modes of reasonable seat arrangement for the school to carry out,and provides reasonable opinions for the teacher's teaching,and the class management of the class administrator,as well as the improvement of the classroom learning effect of the students.
