Research On Parents'Home Cooperation Needs From The Perspective Of Social Stratification Theory

Parents'home-based cooperation needs refer to the psychological tendency of parents' demands and preferences for home-based cooperation in terms of parenting knowledge,methods,content,psychological adjustment and interpersonal communication for the healthy,comprehensive and personalized development of children.Clarifying the needs of kindergarten cooperation among parents is the premise of scientific and effective cooperation between kindergartens.What is the understanding and understanding of home cooperation among parents of different social strata?Is the demand for home cooperation different?Is the demand for home cooperation reasonable?How satisfied is the cooperation with home?Therefore,this study focused on the above issues,mainly questionnaire and interviews,using literature method,to conduct in-depth investigation and analysis of 439 parents of children from different social strata.The survey results show that parents'needs for home cooperation are diverse and abundant,including psychological adjustment needs,knowledge and skills needs,communication and social needs,home cooperation mode needs,home cooperation content needs,home cooperation time,place and frequency needs.Among them,the highest demand is for knowledge and skills of childcare,with"physical and mental development"and"good learning quality".The knowledge and skills of"cultivating"and"cultivating good behavior habits"are the most urgent,followed by the needs of the content of home cooperation,mainly involving"five areas","laws and policies"and so on.Thirdly,the needs of home cooperation mode,mainly"modern media communication mode".In addition,this study also found that the needs of parents of young children in home cooperation.On the other hand,it not only pays attention to the content related to children,but also begins to pay attention to the needs of their own psychological adjustment and interpersonal communication.There are significant differences in the needs of parents'home cooperation among different social strata,and the needs of the upper strata of society in psychological adjustment,parenting knowledge and skills,communication and social needs,home cooperation content needs,home cooperation time,place,frequency needs are six.In terms of dimensions,it is significantly higher than the middle and lower levels of society,and in terms of the demand for the way of home cooperation,the middle level is significantly higher than the upper and lower levels of society.In addition,the interviews also found that parents at the bottom of society pay more attention to children's ranking in the class,knowledge acquisition and children's external behavior,but tend to neglect their children's educational content in doing things.Parents at the middle and upper levels of society have clear educational orientation and strategies on the issue of children's education.Educational problems are more meticulous and prudent,and more attention is paid to the cultivation of children's good behavior habits,learning quality,scientific literacy,learning interest and other non-intellectual factors in the content of home cooperation.However,teachers are often expected to become the executors and obedient of their own will in the process of home cooperation,and they are more sensitive and anxious when encountering problems;parents'educational background,occupation,family annual per capital income,and young children.Gender and other demographic variables have a significant impact on kindergarten cooperation needs of parents;parents'recognition of the importance of home cooperation,initiative to participate in home cooperation,satisfaction with home cooperation and attitude of kindergarten teachers have a significant impact on kindergarten cooperation needs of kindergarten parents;satisfaction with home cooperation has a significant negative predictive effect on kindergarten cooperation needs of kindergarten parents.The first three reasons why parents of young children do not participate in home cooperation are busy work,lack of time and energy,lack of knowledge or experience in parenting,and think that home cooperation is not important and unwilling to participate.On the basis of empirical research,this study puts forward the following suggestions from three levels:the social level should improve laws and policies,clarify the responsibilities of kindergartens and families,straighten out the relationship between kindergartens and families;establish a scientific and effective evaluation mechanism for kindergarten cooperation;attach importance to the home cooperation services of the disadvantaged groups;kindergartens should be based on different levels of parents.Realistic needs,actively explore and improve the content and ways of home cooperation;break the barrier between kindergartens and families,to protect parents'speaking status;use the multimedia environment,to build a rich and diverse way of home cooperation;change the concept of teachers,with an open and acceptable attitude to listen to the voices of children's parents;improve the professional quality of Preschool teachers and interpersonal communication skills.Parents at the bottom of the kindergarten should gradually cultivate their willingness and accomplishment of communication at home;change their inappropriate psychological awareness,clarify their rights and responsibilities in cooperation at home;construct their parents'right to speak,promote the awakening of their thoughts;abandon unreasonable needs and enhance their sense of power and responsibility.
