In this paper,the author undertakes the physical fitness service work of the young rowers in Yantai during their team-following period,and conducts a practical investigation on the pre-competition training content of the athletes.The author hopes that the pre-competition training week of the young rowers in Yantai will be prepared for the Shandong Championship from the aspects of pre-competition training time arrangement,stage division,task characteristics,training content,training load and intensity.By analyzing the characteristics of the training period,we can find out the regularity of its training cycle,understand its training characteristics,carry forward its advantages and find out its shortcomings,so as to promote the training of Yantai Youth Rowing Team to be more rational and scientific in the future.Through this study,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The pre-competition training time of Yantai young rowers for the 2017 Shandong Championship is 30 days,which is divided into two stages.The first stage is to introduce and adapt the pre-competition training state into the reserve stage,totaling 16 days,which mainly develops the general physical fitness of the athletes;the second stage is to adjust the training state of the sprint stage,totaling 14 days,which mainly develops the special qualities of the athletes.(2)Yantai young rowers present the following task characteristics in each stage of Pre-competition training: the reserve stage is mainly to improve the overall physical fitness of athletes,standardize technical movements,improve aerobic endurance level,and reserve physical fitness;the sprint stage is mainly to consolidate the physical fitness of athletes,improve competition ability and actual combat ability,and three days before the race to the athletes' body.The physical function should be adjusted to improve the athletic level of athletes.(3)Young rowing coaches in Yantai have diversified training methods for athletes and comprehensive training in all aspects of their bodies.Because of the different stages of Pre-competition training,coaches have made different training arrangements for the training tasks of athletes at different stages.The reserve stage pays attention to strength training and assistant exercises,develops the basic strength of athletes,improves the athletes' physical reserves and skill reserves;the sprint stage keeps the strength training,pays attention to special training,develops the athletes' explosive power,and improves the athletes' speed and endurance level.Flexibility,agility and coordination training are carried out in preparation activities and relaxation after completion of training,which runs through the whole pre-competition training process and is an indispensable part of the pre-competition training process.(4)Through the comparative analysis of the load content of the two training stages of Yantai young rowers,it is concluded that the reserve stage pays attention to the strength training,the application of special auxiliary training means,the strengthening of athletes' muscle ability,the standardization of special technical movements,the reserve of physical fitness for the competition,and lays a good foundation for the sprint stage;the sprint stage mainly carries out water training,and improves the sprint stage.Athletes' technical ability and actual combat level.(5)Sprint training has changed the strength-based training mode in the reserve stage.The amount of aerobic training and water anaerobic training has increased compared with the reserve stage,and attention has been paid to the training of athletes' water skills.(6)The land training load of young rowers in Yantai gradually decreases from large to small in pre-race training,while in water training,the training load is mainly small.In the first week before the race,the training load is large,showing the characteristics of "small load-small load-small load-large load-small load".(7)In the first two weeks,the training load intensity of young rowers in Yantai changed from large and small load to medium and small load.In the third week,the water training adopts the training mode of heavy load intensity.In the fourth week,the water training heavy load intensity presents a bimodal change,while the small training load intensity presents an alternate change of first decreasing and then rising.In the fifth week,heavy load training was used in water training.
