In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology and the globalization of knowledge economy,education informatization has been upgraded to a new strategic level.The deep integration of information technology and education has become an important part of education reform.In the new era,educational information technology has become an indispensable professional quality for modern teachers.In order to investigate the status quo of the information technology application ability of primary school teachers in Yueyang City,Yueyang City,this study used 175 teachers from Yueyang City Primary School in Yueyang City as the main investigation object.Through the questionnaire survey,interview method and field investigation,Yueyang City Primary School was learned that school information technology application facilities have already established a certain foundation;primary school teachers develop better in the three aspects of technical literacy,learning and development,planning and preparation of educational information technology application capabilities.The two dimensions of organization and planning,evaluation and diagnosis need to be improved.Based on the current status of teacher education information technology application ability,combined with field visits and interview results,it is found that the factors affecting the development of teacher education information technology application ability are mainly insufficient support of information hardware and software conditions,and the weak relevance and effectiveness of relevant training,and lack of relevant incentives and incentives in school,as well as related systems and security systems to be improved.In view of this status quo and its influencing factors,this study aims to improve teachers' understanding of educational information technology,strengthen the construction of school basic education information resources platform,improve teacher training model,improve relevant incentives and incentives,and strengthen the protection of school information system.This study proposed measures in five aspects to improve the application of teacher education information technology.
