General secretary Xi Jinping put forward the strategy of Rural Revitalization in the nineteen major reports of the party,pointing out that the three rural issues are fundamental issues related to the national economy and people's livelihood.The Central Committee of the Central Committee published "the opinion of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization",upholding the overall revitalization of the countryside,adhering to the development of urban and rural integration,insisting on the harmonious symbiosis between man and nature,and taking the road of rural culture flourishing,but the culture of the countryside became the bottleneck of the Rural Revitalization.This social phenomenon has aroused wide attention from all walks of life.The reason why the local culture is the root of the Chinese culture is the root of the Chinese culture,the source of the national culture,the subculture and the tributary of the national culture.One of the sacred missions of education is to inherit the excellent culture of human beings.As the scholar Deng Heping said,"the way of patriotism begins in a country;learning must start from the countryside and then all the world;local education is the fundamental way to keep the memory of ethnic groups,to continue the culture of ethnic groups and to maintain the reproduction of the population." Therefore,we actively appeal for the protection of local culture heritage.Through the review of the literature review,it is found that most of the previous studies on the inheritance of local culture are focused on the macro overview of local education and rarely carry out local education to the curriculum.However,the research on school-based curriculum development has not been effectively linked with the inheritance of local culture.This leaves much room for exploration.This study explores the path construction of promoting local culture inheritance from the perspective of school-based curriculum development.It mainly uses literature analysis,interview,observation and case analysis to analyze and discuss the cultural inheritance of Xingguo folk song in Xingguo County Experimental Primary School as a typical case,and discusses how to inherit the Xingguo folk song through school-based curriculum development.The effective path and theinheritance effect of the song culture.Through the study,it is found that school-based curriculum development is an effective way to inherit local culture;the selection and organization of institutionalized local culture is an important prerequisite for the success of school-based curriculum development and inheritance of local culture;a scientific and rigorous school-based curriculum development path is the key to the realization of local culture inheritance;school-based curriculum development and inheritance of native culture The success of chemistry is the result of multiple factors and the realization of multi-agent.It also leads to further reflection on the relationship between cultural inheritance,school education and the inheritance of local culture,the function of school-based curriculum development and the education of local culture.
