At the end of the 20 th century, with the continuous use of land and the reform of housing marketization,China's cities have entered a stage of rapid development, and urban construction has become an important driving force for China's modernization.Large and medium-sized cities are experiencing a new round of transformation and internal restructuring. The process, especially in the original inner city area, has become more diversified in the path and expression of urban renewal. The middle class is not only a phenomenon of social space succession, but also an important strategy and path for the revitalization of the inner city.It brings about a great improvement in the material landscape environment, but also causes such as residential isolation, class solidification, etc.A series of social issues. The filtering mechanism of housing marketization made some inhabitants of Inner City unable to bear the high housing price and forced to move to the affordable housing in the outskirts of the city. After the resettlement, their employment and commuting trips experienced multiple adjustments.Different stage characteristics, relocation leads to an increase in the cost of living for low-income aborigines, and the stability of employment is reduced. In severe cases, even the poverty in the peripheral areas of the city and the social exclusion of different income groups are caused.Nanjing is the capital of Jiangsu Province,China's four ancient capitals,an important central city in eastern China. It has obvious modernization characteristics and is highly representative in China's middle class research.Since 2001,the inner city of Nanjing has begun to undergo extensive renovation and renovation.Residential and employment are the two most important functions of the city. Its rational planning and layout have largely determined the benign development of the city. The urban low-income aborigines act as In the context of housing marketization, the vulnerable groups with capital gains have relatively few voices. The research on the characteristics of employment behavior and commuting behavior response of low-income groups after passive migration has important practical significance for improving the living conditions of low-income groups, optimizing their commuting environment, alleviating urban traffic congestion and promoting the balance between employment and living space. At the same time,to optimize the urban spatial structure, guide the rational layout of urban land, intensive use of urban land, improve the efficiency and compactness of urban operations, improve the living standards of residents, achieve urban inclusive growth and sustainable growth, build a harmonious society, and from the micro level Enriching and improving the quality of China's urbanization has important practical significance. The full text consists of six parts:The first part is the introduction, including the research background, research purpose and significance, research methods and technical routes, and the main research contents of this paper. The second part introduces the related concept connotation and basic theory. At the same time,it reviews and reviews the research progress of related topics at home and abroad, and briefly introduces the data collection and data processing process in this study. In the third part, based on the analysis of the reconstruction of residential space in the inner city of Nanjing and the evolution of the living space of the research group, the basic socio-economic attributes are analyzed, and the characteristics of time-phase characteristics, spatial distribution characteristics and employment behavior response to the employment behavior after passive migration are analyzed. The time and space patterns and mechanisms are sorted out and summarized. The study found that there were four changes in the employment of low-income aborigines after resettlement. The spatial distribution of employment sites was always distributed around the two areas of the old city and the resettlement community. The historical inertia eventually formed a spatial distribution pattern of “one nuclear seven points”.The fourth part analyzes the basic characteristics of low-income aboriginal commuter behavior response after passive migration from the five dimensions of commuter flow, commuting distance, commuting time, commuting expenses and commuting mode.It analyzes from the three levels of urban-district-county-street.The spatial and temporal evolution process of group commuter flow, from the perspective of the overall-sub-community,the statistical characteristics and spatial distribution characteristics of the commute distance, commuting time and cost of the group after migration, and the cross-sectional comparison analysis of the group before and after the relocation(or last time)Employment)The commute time, cost and commuter mode of travel at two time points. The study found that the separation of low-income aboriginal residences after migration is obvious, the commuting time cost and economic cost are increased, and the travel mode is niche.Bicycles and electric vehicles are the mainstays, and the proportion of public transportation has increased. The fifth part draws on the better development experience of domestic and foreign affordable housing, and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the employment and commuting environment optimization of low-income aboriginal communities from three aspects: spatial planning, economic measures and social policy,so as to improve their employment quality.Reduce commuting costs. The sixth part summarizes the main research conclusions, innovation points and shortcomings of the research, and looks forward to the next research.
