Effect Of Community Childcare Services On The Two Children Ideal Fertility Willingness Of Women Of Childbearing Age

"Nurturing at an early age and supporting at a weak age".The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC has added two important contents concerning the national economy and people's livelihood.It is urgent to solve the population problems and social problems at the present stage of our country to construct a reproductive friendly social environment and improve the fertility level.After the implementation of the "comprehensive two-children" policy in China,the fertility rate of two-children is still very low,and the fertility desire of women of childbearing age who conform to the two-children policy is lower than expected.The exploration of its influencing factors has aroused the author's attention.This paper uses social support theory,social system theory and community structure function theory from the perspective of community,and uses the data of the national fertility sampling survey in 2017 in seven provinces of Guangdong,Guizhou,Hubei,Hunan,Yunnan,Sichuan and Chongqing.In this paper,the quantitative research method is used.Firstly,the descriptive statistical analysis of reproductive intention of women of childbearing age for two children is carried out.Then,the influence of community childcare services(kindergartens and nurseries in this study)on reproductive intention of women of childbearing age for two children in China is analyzed by Logit model regression analysis.The following conclusions are drawn: firstly,as a kind of social support,community childcare service is shown as community support for reproduction,which has a significant effect on promoting the fertility intention of two children of women of childbearing age(in community kindergartens);secondly,the types ofsuppliers of community nursery service have different effects on the fertility intention of two children.On the whole,compared with the community without kindergartens and nurseries,women of childbearing age with public kindergartens in the community have more desire to have two children,and women of childbearing age with public nurseries have less desire to have two children.Thirdly,there are differences between urban and rural areas in the impact of community childcare services on the fertility intention of women of childbearing age.Women of childbearing age in rural communities more rely on community nursery services than in urban communities,and demand for community childcare services is greater.In addition,this study initiated a quantitative analysis method to study the influencing factors of individual fertility intention from the community level.
