Research purposes: Rapid response ability is the key factor of athletes' competitive level.Impact effect is an important standard to measure athletes' physical quality.In high-level Sanda competitive events with little difference in strength,rapid response ability plays an important role and has certain influence on the competition.Research methods: This paper uses the methods of experiment,mathematical statistics,literature and other methods,and uses the newly developed rapid response training tester to analyze the response time,striking time and striking force of 12 Sanda athletes of different heavyweights in Xi 'an Institute of Physical Education.It also discusses the differences of the response ability and striking effect of the same action and different actions,finds reasonable countermeasures to improve the response ability and striking effect,and provides effective basis for the formulation of Sanda training plan.Research results:1.In the reaction time of lightweight and heavyweight,the difference between right straight boxing and left swing boxing is not significant,while the difference between right middle whipping leg is significant(P<0.01).The striking time of left swing boxing is P<0.05,the difference is significant,the striking time of right straight boxing and right middle whip leg technology is P<0.01,the difference is very significant.2.The reaction time difference of light weight left straight fist right middle whip,left low whip right straight fist and left swing right straight fist are 0.684 s,0.430 s and0.302 s respectively,the reaction time difference of heavy weight are 0.742 s,0.760 s and 0.255 s respectively,the reaction time difference of heavy weight left straight fist right middle whip and left low whip right straight fist are all larger than light weight,and the reaction time difference of left swing right straight fist is smaller than light weight.3.The striking force of a single action is greater than that of the combined first action,which is not much different from that of the second action.The striking time of the first action is shorter than that of the single action and the second action.There is no significant difference in striking force between the heavyweight first action and the heavyweight second action.Research conclusion:1.When the same action is completed,there is no significant difference in the reaction time between lightweight and heavyweight,but there is a significantdifference in the upper limb action,and the reaction time of heavyweight right middle whipping leg is long.When the same heavyweight completes different movements,the reaction time of upper limb movements is faster than that of lower limb movements.2.In terms of hitting time,when lightweight and heavyweight finish the same action,there is significant difference between upper limb action and lower limb action.Compared with lightweight,heavyweight takes longer hitting time,has slower instantaneous power generation,and explosive force plays an important role in hitting time.The hitting time of upper limb movements is relatively short when different movements are completed at the same heavyweight level.3.There is a certain difference in the reaction time difference between the two movements before and after the combined movements.The lightweight reaction time difference is relatively small,the movements are coherent and well coordinated,leaving less space for opponents in competition and training,which is conducive to attack and defense.On the other hand,the time difference of heavyweight reactions is large,which indicates that coordination has great influence on the consistency of different heavyweight combination technologies.At the same time,the speed of the first action recovery stage can be understood from the reaction time difference,which is closely related to the player's own weight,action technology,habits,etc.4.In terms of striking force,the first action is smaller than that of a single action.There are significant differences in striking force between lightweight upper limb and lower limb,and only upper limb has difference in heavyweight.There is no significant difference in striking force between the single action and the second action.The striking force of the second action is greater than that of the first action,and there is a very significant difference in lightweight lower limb movements,while there is no significant difference in heavyweight upper limb and lower limb movements.The level of a single action determines the quality of a combined action,and the two complement each other.
