Study On The Behavior Characteristics Of Female Group Participating In Road Running Activities In Xi'an

With the advance of the times,people's living standards are constantly improving,and sports have become an independent mature field.Women in the city are a very special group.With the development of women career,their health situation is not optimistic.The special social role of women defines the direction of their socialization,and they should not only take into account their work.They also have to take into account the family,they are suffering from the pressure of society,family,employment,so the physical and mental health of women has become a very important issue in front of society,family and sports workers.Therefore,this study has certain research significance to this problem.In order to provide a certain theoretical and practical basis for the participation of women in road running activities in Xi'an,this study adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire and field investigation.Mathematical statistics and other methods are used to investigate and analyze the basic characteristics and behavior characteristics of women participation in road running activities in Xi'an.In the analysis of the basic characteristics,the age,occupation and educational level of women are mainly investigated.Analysis of family income and marital status;In the analysis of behavior characteristics,there are mainly the analysis of their activity organization form,activity time,activity frequency,activity space,activity item,activity purpose and consumption structure,etc..The purpose of these studies is to provide theoretical guidance for the development of physical and mental health of Xi'an women.Through the study on the behavior characteristics of Xi'an female groups participating in road running activities,the following conclusions are drawn: the female groups involved in road running activities in Xi'an are educated at different ages.The differences between the environment and the economic situation show different basic characteristics.The motivation of women groups to participate in road running activities in Xi'an is also diversified,and the regularity of women participating in road running activities in Xi'an is not strong,and the places where they take part in road running activities are generally free sports places.The factors that affect the participation of Xi'an women in road running activities are also diversified;Xi'an women groups participate in the road The level of sports consumption in running activities also tends to increase gradually.Through an in-depth understanding of the current situation of Xi'an women participation in road running activities,this paper finds out the main factors that affect the participation of Xi'an women groups in road running activities.In view of theexisting problems,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: to enhance the sports consciousness of women groups to participate in road running activities,so that they can re-understand themselves and enhance their self-confidence by participating in road running activities;Reasonable setting up suitable for women to participate in road running activities,stimulate different levels of women participation consciousness and enthusiasm;Strengthen the participation of women in the organization and construction of road running activities,set up leisure sports organizations,and hold various road running activities on a regular basis;scientific rules Plan and build places and facilities suitable for women to participate in road running activities,and form a reasonable layout of public places and residential areas;(B)strengthen social support,eliminate social discrimination against women in participating in sports activities,and actively encourage professional women to attach importance to the value of sports;We should reasonably adjust the sports consumption structure of women participation in road running activities,strengthen the guidance of women sports consumption,and establish a suitable consumption mechanism,and the media should strengthen the propaganda of women participation in road running activities.
