The aim of this study is to study the biomechanical characteristics of the core muscle group of basketball athletes,to compare the core strength of the inside and outside athletes,and to diagnose the core strength level of basketball athletes.The object of this study is to select 10 basketball athletes from Inner Mongolia Normal University of China College Basketball League(CUBA).The research method adopts CON-TREX isokinetic Muscle Force test system,the isokinetic maximal muscle strength test and isokinetic endurance test were carried out for the distribution of the trunk flexion-extensor group and the hip-flexion muscle group of the basketball athletes,and the indexes were Peak torque?Peak Torque to Body Weight?Total work?Average power?Endurance ratio and Recovery ratio.The test speed of the trunk was 60o/s and 120o/s,and the test speed of the hip was 60o/s,180o/s and 240o/s.The indexes of conventional core strength test and isokinetic muscle strength test were selected to establish the evaluation evaluate of core strength deviation of basketball athletes.The results and conclusions show(1)The Average power of the waist-flexion and extensor muscle Group of the subjects was increased with the increase of angular velocity(p<0.05,p<0.01)during the maximal isokinetic muscle strength test.Peak torque of extensor group of hip joint,The relative Peak Torque to Body Weight and total work are the tendency of decreasing with the increase of angular velocity(p<0.05,p<0.01);the average power of the flexion and extensor muscle Group of the hip is increased with the increase of angular velocity(p<0.05,p<0.01);The muscular strength of the hip joint is flexion muscle Group weaker than that of Extensor muscle group(P<0.05,P<0.01),the endurance ratio of hip joint was superior to Flexor group(p<0.05)in isokinetic endurance test.The relative maximal strength of the trunk flexion and extensor muscle group is that the outside line group is superior to the inner line Group(p<0.05),and the relative maximum strength of the hip flexion and extensor muscle group is better than the inner Line group.The endurance strength of the hip joint is superior to the Inner Line group,and the fatigue recovery ability of the Extensor group is better than that in the inner group,and the fatigue recovery ability of the hip flexor muscle group is superior to the outside line group.The core stability strength is that the outside line group is superior to the Inner Line Group(p<0.01).Through the combination of isokinetic muscle strength test and routine test,13 indexes were selected to make the evaluation table of core strength of basketball players,which comprehensively evaluated the maximum strength,endurance strength,quick coordination strength and stability strength of the core strength.In the basketball team overall,the inner line group's maximum strength is in the middle level,the endurance strength is in the middle level to the middle and lower level,the quick coordination strength is in the inferior level and the stability strength is below the lower horizontal;the outside line group's maximum strength is in the middle level to the medium level to the middle level,the endurance strength is in the middle level,The fast coordination force is in the middle level to the medium level and the stability strength is at the upper level.The maximum strength,endurance strength,fast coordination strength and stability strength of the core strength are all the outside group level is superior to the inside group.The training suggestions of the core strength of basketball athletes(1)According to the biomechanical characteristics of the core muscle group of basketball athletes,the strength of the muscle extensor group and the strength of the hip flexor group should be strengthened,which can avoid sports injury and improve the core strength.(2)The test object in comparison with the high-level athlete and the same level athlete discovers,should strengthen the core muscle group the maximum strength.Using the limitation number of training method,static exercise method,increasing the absolute maximum strength of the core muscle group can increase the peak moment index,the total power and average energy index can be improved by using the force training method and the power system training method.(3)The relative maximum strength and the core stability of the hip in the inner group should be improved by comparing the core strength of the inside and outside groups.It is mainly through improving muscle weight to improve the relative maximum strength of the inside team.(4)the endurance strength of the core muscle group of the outside group should be improved,and the maximum strength and stability of the core muscle group of the inner group should be improved preferentially.
