Research On The Training Situation Of Swimming Reserve Talents In Zhejiang Province

Swimming events have always been the dominant sports item in Zhejiang province,so swimming has been regarded as the major sports item by leaders at all levels in Zhejiang.In recent years,the cultivation of excellent swimming athletes shows a phenomenon of "blowout"in Zhejiang.A large number of outstanding athletes have been handed to our country and many new records of international swimming competitions have been set up by those athletes.The thesis attempts to make an in-depth investigation from the perspective of training reserve talents and make diagnoses on the phenomenon of "blowout" to a certain level,which is extremely significant for the promoting of sustainable development of national swimming item and the maintaining of our dominant position in swimming events.This thesis studies the status quo of the cultivation of reserve talents with the research methods of documentation,questionnaire investigation and case analysis.It finds out the characteristics and advantages of the reserve talents and summarizes successful experience of training reserve swimming talents in Zhejiang province so as to provide reference and help for the cultivation of reserve talents in other provinces and regionsThe results showed by the research are as below:(1)The training modes of reserve swimming talents in Zhejiang province present a tendency of diversification which is conductive to achieve complementary advantages as well as to discover and cultivate useful talents,but as the proportion is seriously imbalanced,positive guidance should be strengthened to promote the balanced development and complementation of various training modes.(2)The branches for training reserve swimming talents in Zhejiang can basically meet the training needs.It presents an increasing trend in the amount of swimming reserve talents in Zhejiang.(3)The personnel structure of the coaches is reasonable and the age distribution is basically in normal,which shows a certain echelon construction;the coaches for reserve swimmers have relatively high degree as a whole with corresponding athletes experience and profound practical experience of swimming.(4)The diversification of selective methods of reserve talents is beneficial for searching talented reserves in all directions,but the way of selection depends on experience,which does not conform to the development trend of scientific training.(5)The condition of training fields for reserve swimmers is good,which can basically meet the training requirements.
