As China's comprehensive national strength continues to increase,China's international status continues to improve,so the role of Chinese in world politics, economy, and culture is also growing.Among the countries that have cooperated with China,Thailand is one of the earliest countries to send the largest number of people to China. The term of teacher volunteers is generally one year.In order for teachers and volunteers to make full use of the time of this year and to successfully complete the tasks and objectives of spreading Chinese and Chinese culture, teachers and volunteers must be required to adapt to the teaching work in Thailand as soon as possible.Teacher volunteers are very important in the early days of their tenure. The adaptability of teachers' volunteers in the initial stage of their tenure directly affects their performance throughout their tenure. Therefore,it is of great practical value to study the overall situation, difficulties, causes of difficulties and suggestions for improving the adaptability of teachers' volunteers in the initial stage of their tenure in Thailand. This study used questionnaires and in-depth interviews to investigate the adaptation of 92 teachers to primary and secondary school teachers in Thailand.Through the use of SPSS23.0 software for statistics and analysis of data,to understand whether teachers volunteers can adapt to teaching quickly and well. The difficulties encountered in the process of adaptation are analyzed.Through the analysis of the survey results, conclusions are drawn and suggestions for improvement are put forward. On the one hand,it can help future volunteers adapt to teaching as soon as possible. On the other hand,it can also provide some reference for the training of volunteers, make full use of their strengths and avoid weaknesses, and sum up their experience,so as to promote the volunteers of Chinese teachers to better carry outteaching in primary and secondary schools in Thailand. This study is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction. The second chapter is the quantitative analysis of the teaching adaptability of Chinese teachers in primary and secondary schools in Thailand, which is also the core of this research. This chapter mainly explores the teaching adaptability of Chinese teacher volunteers around four dimensions, namely: classroom teaching of teacher volunteers, teaching arrangement of schools, classroom management and student situation. After interviewing and sorting out the data of the questionnaire, based on the survey results, using spss23.0 statistics, quantitative analysis of the teaching adaptation of Chinese volunteers is mainly based on validity analysis and reliability analysis, descriptive analysis and frequency analysis.Third, the study also investigated other factors that may affect the teacher's teaching adaptability. The main content of this chapter is to investigate the psychological adaptability of teachers, the adaptation of teachers in life in Thailand, and the support of relevant institutions to teachers. The support of relevant institutions mainly includes support between Chinese people running schools, teaching schools, sending schools, former volunteers, and volunteers. Finally, make the conclusion to the research results.Through the study,it is found that the teaching adaptation of Chinese teachers volunteers from primary and secondary schools in Thailand is generally good, but there are also general difficulties in adaptation. In classroom teaching, teachers volunteers are more difficult to teach according to the plan.It is difficult for them to find students' learning difficulties in a timely manner in classroom teaching, and they cannot use multimedia skillfully. There are also difficulties in introducing new courses, explaining knowledge points, organizing teaching, and teaching students in accordance with their aptitude. In terms of teaching arrangements, teacher volunteers are more difficult to flexibly add and supplement the content of the textbook. The biggest problem in teaching management is that it is difficult for teacher volunteers to control the classroom, and teaching activities are difficult to carry out.Volunteers will not deal with emergencies in the classroom. In terms of students, because the primary and secondary school students in Thailand are younger, their minds are immature, their character is lively and active, and the classroom discipline is poor.Teachers volunteers do not fully understand the situation of Thai education and students, and there is no suitable teaching method. In addition, through questionnaires and statistical analysis,it was found that the volunteers had better psychological adaptability. The adaptability of the volunteers was good, but thediet and transportation were not suitable. In the case of institutional support, the schools established by the Chinese have higher support for the volunteers, the support of the teaching schools is better, and the support of the schools is poor. The third chapter mainly introduces the reasons for the difficulty of teaching adaptation. This study summarizes the causes of teaching difficulties through subjective and objective aspects: the objective reasons are the differences between Chinese and Thai cultures, the shortage of teaching resources, and the lack of support from relevant institutions.Through analysis, the subjective reason is that teacher volunteers have weak professional foundation, lack of teaching experience, some teachers' mentality and teaching attitude are not correct, and teachers' reflection is insufficient. The fourth chapter is to provide suggestions for improving the adaptability of teacher volunteers. This study puts forward two suggestions on improving the teaching adaptability of Chinese teacher volunteers in Thai primary and secondary schools. In terms of relevant institutions, the schools established by the Chinese have more detailed training content and more targeted training. The main features are as follows: First, training should focus on strengthening the Thai language level of teacher volunteers.Second, the training created by the Chinese should focus on strengthening the teaching ability of teacher volunteers.Third, the training established by the Chinese should strengthen the training of Chinese traditional culture.Fourth, the transfer of training bases to Thailand is a viable way to improve volunteer entry training. Moreover, schools established by Chinese should establish a school information network system and inform volunteers in advance. In teaching schools, they should strengthen their support for teachers and volunteers.First of all,we should strengthen the humanistic care for volunteers.Secondly, schools should strengthen the support of volunteers in teaching management and teaching resources, and actively cooperate with Chinese volunteers in teacher volunteers. In terms of individual Chinese teacher volunteers, teachers volunteers should lower their psychological expectations and prepare for psychological stress before going abroad. They should also strengthen exchanges and cooperation with Thai teachers and other volunteers. They also pay more attention to the improvement of their teaching ability, and should master the common teaching techniques and teaching methods.Furthermore, they should also reflect and summarize more. The fifth chapter is the conclusion.
