In 2017,a new edition of the“Morality and the rule of law ” textbook was put into use nationwide.The overall design of the textbook "morality and the rule of law" is based on the life experience of junior high school students.Its teaching content is more life teaching,and the curriculum goal setting pays more attention to the cultivation of students' life ability and the new textbooks sets higher requirements for junior high school teachers.How to optimize the teaching methods and present the teaching content in a way that students enjoy.It is a challenge for all moral and rule of law teachers.At present,because of the realitive backword teaching concepts,the less attention to the development of students,the unreasonable allocation of the teachers and the constraints of exam-oriented education system,there are still many problems in the application of the life-oriented teaching class.Such as,the lack of interests before calss intruduction,the separation of the teaching situation and the students' reality,the less of the teaching methods and the unbalance between theory homework and the practice homework.Therefore,in the teaching of "morality and the rule of law",teachers must pay more attention to the life-style teaching method in the moral and the rule of law education for students,and construct the teaching activities with the students' real life scenes,strive to achieve the interesting life-style introduction design,create the real-life situation close to students' reality,apply diversified life-style teaching methods and design homework that attaches the importance to the practice of life.All of these are designed to better achieve the objectivesof "ethics and the rule of law" course.
