Basketball possesses techniques,confrontation,teamwork,entertainment and physical fitness.During a high quality basketball game,audience expect to see experienced ball handling,passing,shooting and fierce confrontations,which are based on players' mastery of techniques and physical condition.Thus,for teenage players' daily training,core techniques and physical fitness is crucial.Core technique and special physical training for teenagers in different ages is a key link to cultivate excellent basketball reserve talents with scientific orientation training and in a systematic way based on teenager male basketball athletes' physical and mental characteristics and the motion law of basketball.Core technique is the main basis of forming basketball tactics and competitive activities,or motion law of basketball can't be formed.Special physical training,as an important part of basketball training,is a necessary condition to promote comprehensive development of male basketball athletes and help them learn and master technique and tactics more quickly.What's more,special physical training is also the carrier for male basketball athletes to apply tactics and an effective measure for athletes to improve body function,improve sports ability,extend sports career,reduce sports injuries and cultivate the quality of perseverance.Therefore,learning and training of core technique and special physical training for teenagers in different ages is the primary task of basketball training of teenagers.This research adopts the questionnaire survey method,experimental testing method,and expert interview method,etc.Based on present situation of core technique and special physical training for male teenager athletes in nine school basketball teams in Hubei area with basketball as their traditional programs,the research screens and optimizes basketball core techniques and special physical training parameters,compares mutual effects of special physical training and application of basketball core technique of teenagers before and after the contrast experiment and enriches basketball teaching theory and practice of teenagers to provide a reference for basketball teaching and training for teenagers.The research results of core technique and special physical training based on 180 teenager male basketball athletes are as follows.For male basketball athletes from 10 to 12,the core techniques of training mainly include ball training,movements training,standing and moving dribbling,standing and moving shooting in short distance with high and low arms,and standing and moving passing and receiving balls.For male basketball athletes from 13 to 15,the core techniques of training mainly include ball training,breakthrough technique of standing and moving passing balls(including defending),standing and moving passing and receiving balls in an adversarial way,various abrupt shooting techniques in middle and long distance,and breakthrough techniques of standing and moving passing balls in an adversarial way and etc.For male basketball athletes from 16 to 18,the core techniques of training mainly include ball training in an adversarial way,breakthrough technique of standing and moving passing balls in an adversarial way,standing and moving passing and receiving balls in an adversarial way,standing shooting technique in middle and long distance in an adversarial way,various moving shooting technique,and offensive rebounding.For male basketball athletes from 10 to 12,ways of special physical training mainly include action group training such as reactions,flexibility and speed of actions which are in accordance with motion law of basketball and basketball tactics.For male basketball athletes from 13 to 15,ways of special physical training mainly include action group training such as reactions,flexibility,speed of actions,appropriate resisting power and speed endurance which are in accordance with motion law of basketball and basketball tactics.For male basketball athletes from 16 to 18,ways of special physical training mainly include action group training such as flexibility,speed and power and endurance of middle or low loads and etc.Based on characteristics and differences of core technique and special physical training for teenagers in different ages,through expert questionnaire and expert consultation,the paper screens and optimizes basketball core techniques and special physical training parameters of male basketball athletes from 10 to 12,13 to 15 and 16 to 18 respectively,establishes standards of training index,index weights and evaluation for them and finally establishes a training parameter system of core technique and special physical training for teenager male basketball athletes in different ages.To examine the impacts of the parameter system on core technique and special physical training for teenager male basketball athletes,the paper designs an examination test.According to the result,the parameter system could obviously improve core technique and special physical training for male basketball athletes from 10 to 12,13 to 15 and 16 to 18,possessing systematicness and feasibility of talent cultivation of basketball games.It is hoped that this study can be of help to the training of teenage players to improve their core techniques and physical fitness,and provide valuable reference for training methods and training parameters.
