Research On The Construction Of College Student Union

College student union is a very important organization on campus.This organization can enable college students to achieve self-education,service and management,but also to enhance their ability to organize,coordinate,and communicate.It is a very important platform for a team to achieve the goals of education.Under the guidance and education of the Party organization and the League organization,the University Student Union is organized according to the law and the regulations of the school,and at the same time,it is an independent mass organization to carry out the work of the university students.Its most fundamental task is to abide by and thoroughly implement the Party's educational policy,to promote and organize the self-service,management and education of college students,so that college students can be sent out in an all-round way.Exhibition.College student union is the bridge between college students and society,the aim is to serve the people wholeheartedly.Since the establishment of Student Union in China for the first time,many scholars have expressed their views on the construction of Student Union.On the basis of previous research,this paper takes U University Student Union as the object of study,using the method of combining theory with practice,the method of empirical research,the method of comparative study,the method of quantitative analysis and the method of historical research.And to the school teacher,the student union member and the ordinary student carries on the interview.On the basis of investigation and interview,combined with theoretical research,this paper further combs the overall development vein of our college student union according to the order of time.After a series of analysis,it is found that many students' associations are still autonomous at present.There is some deficiency in it.Through summing up the problems existing in the process of student union construction in U University,this paper puts forward some suggestions and improvement measures to promote the further development of student union organization.I hope that through the improvement measures in this paper,we can strengthen the construction of student union,and then strengthen the construction of socialist modern talents.
