Investigation And Analysis Teaching Situation On Non-Football Special PE Teachers In Campus Football In Primary School Stage In Guangdong Province

With the increasing decline of the pupil's physical condition and the evident backward of the development of teenagers football,the Ministry of Education have been promoting the football sports on campus in order to develop teenager's physical condition and promote the development of our China's teenagers football.However,this launch results in the shortage of football teacher.Thus,the best way to solve the problem is to let the existing sports teacher to take part in the football sports on campus.Based on the non-football sport trained teachers in Guangdong campus football training during primary period,the thesis aims to provide training references for the non-football-major sport teachers to promote the healthy and effective development of the campus football activities during the primary period.By analyses,the thesis comes into the following four conclusions:1.the teacher's age and the structure make the drawbacks in promoting the football activity in primary school in Guangdong province.2.The knowledge deficiency of the non-football sport teachers in core concept,course structure and the teaching methods hinder the healthy development of the campus football activities during the primary period.3.The lacking in the teaching years and the teaching experience of the non-football-major sport teacher,as well as the lack of the training and judgement qualification,impede the development of the campus football activities during the primary period.4.The less satisfactions of the non-football-major sport teacher on the salaries in Guangdong primary schools,which will largely affect the teachers 'teaching initiatives.It will also do harm to the smooth promotion of the Guangdong campus football activities.
