Research On Risk Management About Yunnan Province Cross-country Running Race

Risk is the uncertainty caused by objective interests.Risk management is to identify,assess and respond to risks by means of risk identification,risk assessment and risk response measures to controlling various tangible and intangible events caused by sudden,unexpected special events or intentional torts.This paper through the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert,hierarchy analytic process and mathematical statistics for the risk management of cross-country races.It is found that with the increasing number of cross-country races this year,due to the poor level of managers,the risk occurrence of cross-country races is very frequent.The occurrence of risk will not only cause the loss of organizers,but also have a negative impact on the area where the race is held.At the same time,the occurrence of risk,especially the personnel risk,will cause irreparable risks to the participants.In the identification of risk,the expert method and questionnaire method are used to screen the risk identification index system of cross-country race according to three rounds of questionnaire survey.Finally,the risk identification index system of cross-country race is established.This index system includes six-first parts: personnel risk,environmental risk,information risk,political risk,economic risk and technical risk,13 secondary and 54 indicators,thus a more comprehensive identification of the risks that may arise in cross-country races.This paper calculates the weight of risk by hierarchy analytic process and expert method,establishes the weight hierarchy system of risk evaluation,and finds that the highest weight coefficient is personnel risk,which is in turn environmental risk,information risk,technological risk,economic risk and political risk.Risk transfer,risk aversion and risk control are the main ways to reply risk in cross-country race.Taking Gaoligong Super Mountain Track as an example,as a reference for the cross-country running race holder,identifies the risk indicators of Gaoligong Super Mountain Track through the established risk identification index system,and analyses the elements of risk management of Gaoligong Super Mountain Track.By collecting the happened of risk Gaoligong events,and they were classified in severity.It indicatesthe frequently highly and result severity risk is technical risk.The more frequently but result less severity is personal risk;Information risk and environment risk have low probability and low severity result,while economic and politic risk is not occur in this event.From three aspects of risk transfer,risk avoidance,risk control was studied for Gaoligong risk answer.It was found that Gaoligong organization mainly responded to personal risk by strengthen communication,warning,reasonable preparation and punishment.Dealing with technical risks mainly through testing before the game,route risk evaluate,reasonable personal allocation and time management.Through athlete's self monitoring,GPS location orientation system,inter phone,strengthen communication,improving the proportion of vehicle and setting up responsible departments for information processing to deal with information risk.To avoid economic risks through sponsorship and budgeting.Politic risks are avoided by comply with politic and avoid disputes.
