Summary Purpose: If a sprinter wants to achieve excellent results,he must start from two aspects: step frequency and step width. For young athletes, their growth and development have their own laws, which have characteristics such as continuity, stage, and imbalance. Therefore, when training them, they must follow their growth and development laws, because their stride is influenced by height. There is a greater limitation; The step frequency can be greatly improved through scientific and reasonable training. It is important to choose the appropriate training method when training children and young people for short runs.Traditional Sprint training is boring and it is difficult to raise students 'interest in training. The integration of figure skipping speed into students' Sprint training can not only greatly improve students 'interest in training, but also stimulate the training atmosphere. And can also quickly and effectively complete training tasks and achieve training goals. This paper intends to prove this point of view through the figure jump rope speed jump experiment to provide a strong scientific basis for the improvement of the training and sports performance of the pupils 'short running frequency.Research object and method: this study takes the sixth grade student(male)of Guangzhou longdong primary school(baocui yuan campus)as the experimental object, and selects 40 students as the experimental object with the achievement and quality as the unified measurement standard.,including the experimental group 20,There were 20 people in the control group.Using the mathematical statistics method to analyze the index of each group of students before and after the experiment, and using the literature data method and logic analysis method to analyze the effect of figure skipping speed jump on the frequency of short running of sixth grade primary school students. Results and analysis: Through testing and statistical analysis of 50 m running,1min skipping, step frequency,sit-up,lung capacity and anterior flexure of the sitting body in each group before and after the experimental group and the control group, the study found that The reasonable integration of the figure skipping speed jump into the training of elementary school students 'sprinting can not only improve students' pace and sports performance, but also effectively improve students 'training enthusiasm and interest.Through a two-month experimental study, the following conclusions were reached:1.After the figure skipping speed jump training, the step frequency of the experimental group students was significantly higher than that of the control group impact on the increase of step frequency of students in the sixth grade of primary school.2.After training in figure skipping speed jump, the relevant physical fitness levels of the students in the experimental group, such as 50 M running,sit-up,lung activity and sitting position, were higher than the physical fitness levels of the students in the control group. It shows that the speed jump training of figure jump rope has obvious effect on the relevant physical fitness level of the sixth grade primary school students.3.Through the training of figure jump rope speed jump, students 'interest and enthusiasm can be improved more fully, training tasks can be accomplished more effectively, and training goals can be achieved more quickly.
