Research On Internet Reversal In The Perspective Of Psychological Effect

The online reversal incident was almost every day,from the "Qing'an shooting incident" in 2015 to the "Luo Yixiao incident" in 2016 and the "Weifang gauze door incident",and then to the "Yilin Maternal Falling Case" in 2017.With the increasing trend of the popularization of the mobile Internet,the public opinion event is easily fermented under the influence of the mobile Internet,which attracts more audiences' attention,and small events have the potential to develop into a major public opinion event.In China,in the transition period,various social problems emerge in an endless stream.Online public opinion has become an important means of communication for the audience to express their ideas.Although the rapid reversal of online public opinion has occurred in the virtual Internet world,it has also affected social development to some extent.Good order has raised the level of risk in society and affected the stable development of the real society.Due to the lack of corresponding clarification mechanism and regulation strategy,many of the public opinion events have become reversal events,which have caused many negative effects on related parties.With the rapid development of communication technology and mobile Internet,the reversal of network public opinion has aroused widespread concern in society and has become one of the important contents of network public opinion space management.The current resurgence of online public opinion resurgence has spawned scholars' enthusiasm for their generation rules and public opinion management.However,there is still little research on online public opinion reversal from the perspective of psychology,especially for the psychological reversal of the Internet.Effect studies are almost blank.In view of this,from the perspective of social psychology,the analysis of the performance,causes and countermeasures of the network reversal phenomenon has become an important part of the network public opinion space ecological governance.Therefore,this paper attempts to apply the multi-case analysis method to analyze the emergence mechanism of network public opinion,and then propose corresponding control strategies.This paper is divided into the following parts: The first part is the introduction of this paper,which is the research background,research status and research methods and research ideas.The second part is the concept explanation and theoretical basis,and the concept of this research object is carried out.The third part is the analysis of the generationmechanism of the network reversal phenomenon.The main application of multi-case analysis method provides case support for the generation of network reversal,with major network reversal cases and recent representative Shandong.Weifang's maternity“Gauze Door Incident”and“Yulin Maternal Falling Case”were taken as a case study;the fourth part is the 5W reason analysis of the network reversal in the perspective of psychological effect;the fifth part is the network reversal phenomenon generation mechanism.The psychological analysis of psychological effects is based on group psychology and social psychology.The sixth part is the evasive mechanism of network reversal under the psychological perspective of the author.
