The ladder training is a modern physical training method developed in recent years.The training content and intensity can be arranged according to different participants and project characteristics,which can greatly improve the sensitivity and foot movement ability of the practitioner.The popularity of badminton is getting higher and higher.Whether it is in primary and secondary schools or colleges and universities,it is an important part of school sports,and it is also a sport with high participation in extracurricular exercise.Then,in the use of ladder training in youth badminton teaching and training,how to improve the physical fitness and technical level of young people is worth considering.Through the research on the use of ladder training in the teaching and training of youth badminton,it provides theoretical and practical basis for the ladder training to play a greater advantage in the teaching and training of youth badminton,and also provides some reference for relevant scholars.The research methods of this research mainly include: literature data method,expert interview method,field survey method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method.The experiment in this study is divided into two stages.The first stage of the experiment is a student of the Sunshine Badminton Training Course in Shicheng County,Ganzhou City,Jiangxi Province,aged 10-12 years old,15 boys in the control group and the experimental group.The second phase of the experiment is the Department of Social Sports Guidance and Management(China-Australia Cooperation)of Yunnan Normal University.Students from Class 16 B and Class 16 A,aged 21-23,randomly selected 20 boys from two classes and were divided into experiments.Group and control group.The experimental groups in both stages were tested by ladder training,and the control group was experimented with traditional sensitive quality and foot movement training methods.Before the experiment,the four test indicators of sensitive quality and the three test indicators of the movement of the footwork were tested.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the test indexes between the experimental group and the control group of the two experiments,which met the requirements of the experiment.After the experiment,the sensitive quality and the footwork movement test index of the experimental group and the control group of the two stages were compared and analyzed.Through the comparative analysis of the two stages of the experiment,we can also see the changes of the two stages of the experiment.At the same time,we can also see the training effect of the ladder training on the sensitive quality and the movement of the footwork among the teenagers of different ages.Research result:(1)After the experiment,the sensitivity of the experimental group and the movement test results of the first stage of the experiment were very significant(P<0.01).In the sensitive quality test index of the experimental group in the second stage of the experiment,there was no significant difference in the hexagonal ball sensitivity test(P>0.05),and the difference between the T-shaped sensitive test andthe closed-eye one-leg vertical test was significant(P<0.05).The difference of the single-jumping rope test results in 1 minute was very significant(P<0.01),the experimental group's footwork movement test index had significant difference(P<0.05).(2)After the experiment,the sensitivity of the control group and the movement test results of the first stage of the experiment were very significant(P<0.01).In the sensitive quality test index of the second phase of the experiment after the experiment,there was a significant difference between the T-shaped sensitive test and the 1-minute single-jumping test(P<0.05),the hexagonal ball sensitivity test and the closed-eye one-leg vertical test.There was no significant difference(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the walking movement test index of the control group(P>0.05).(3)The difference between the sensitive quality of the experimental group and the test results of the step movement and the test results of the control group in the first stage of the experiment after the experiment was very significant(P<0.01).After the experiment,the sensitivity test of the second stage experimental group showed no significant difference between the hexagonal ball sensitivity test and the control group(P>0.05),T-shaped sensitive test,1 minute single jump rope and closed eye single leg vertical test There was a significant difference between the test results and the control group(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).Analysis conclusion:1.The ladder training can have significant effects on the procedural agility,coordination and foot movement ability in the teaching and training of young badminton in different age groups.Random sensitivity is not significant in high-age adolescents,but there is also a certain degree.improve.2.For young children with sensitive quality and poor walking ability,the ladder training and traditional sensitive quality and footwork training methods can play a significant training effect.3.the ladder training can significantly improve the pace of movement of young people.4.The effect of ladder training on the sensitive quality and footwork movement in the youth badminton teaching training is better than the traditional traditional sensitive quality and footwork training method.
