Modern football is rapidly progressing,Whether modern football is technically or tactically,the moment is constantly evolving.Rapid,change has always been its development trend,this trend requires athletes have a more comprehensive physical skills and tactical ability.In this paper,we start with how to improve the fast moving direction changing ability that reflects the sensitive qualities,introduce the advanced modern physical fitness training methods,and train the 9-10 year old female football players by using the straight line,dot,rope ladder and hexagon ball training methods.Through experimental observation to explore the sensitivity of footwork training on the 9-10 year-old female football player shift to move ability.In addition,the comparison of modern physical fitness training method and traditional sensitive quality training method,hoping to find a more simple and effective method for agile training of grass root football players.It provides some theoretical and data references for the training of 9-10 year-old female football players' agile quality,and then improves the scientific training.In this paper,the literature research,expert interviews,mathematical statistics and experimental methods,experimental training and analysis were used for the impact of the modern physical footwork training method on the female football players shift to move ability.Twenty female football players aged 9-10 in Zhengzhou Luming Primary School were enrolled in this study.Statistical methods were used to divide them equally into control group and experimental group.The experimental group was sensitive to the pace of training,the control group of traditional sensitive quality training,a total of 8 weeks intervention.And for the 9-10 year-old female football player selected six indicators of the movement of football to change the ability to move to obtain the final test data and statistics and analysis,draw the following conclusions:1.Footwork training can significantly improve the athlete's ability to quickly change the body's spatial position.After the experiment,the scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group.From the further analysis of the experimental results,the test results of the two groups of subjects showed significant changes,but the improvement of the experimental group was greater than that of the control group.2.Footwork training can significantly improve the athlete's ability to quickly start,brake and turn round.Especially in this group of tests,the test scores of athletes increased most obviously.Further analysis showed that the test scores of both groups had significant changes,but the gains of the control group were lower than those of the experimental group.3.Footwork training can significantly improve the dodge and reversal ability of the athlete during fast movements.This test combined with ball technology,increasing the instability and difficulty of the test,from the results of analysis,although the test results of the two groups of subjects have significant changes,but the experimental group's performance is still higher than the control group.4.Whether it is footwork training or traditional sensitive training,the effect of improving the ability to quickly change the movement of female athletes in the 9-10 age group is very significant.From the analysis and comparison of the results between the groups,the experimental group's test results are all higher than the control group.It shows that the footwork training effect is obviously superior to traditional sensitive training.
