Since the reform and opening up,the state's planned economic system has changed to a market economic system.A large number of economically backward regions and rural surplus labor have flooded into cities to seek employment opportunities in order to achieve a higher level of material and spiritual life.Although the inter-provincial transfer of labor is a common stage in the process of industrialization and urbanization in the world,the survival and development of the children of the transferred labor population is an accompanying phenomenon at this stage.However,migrant children,as one of the important human resources in the development of the present and future cities,the level of education and integration with the inflowing cities not only have an important impact on China's social stability and social development,but also with China's industrialization,The development of urbanization and the development of the future labor market are closely related.Therefore,it is particularly important to highlight the research on the educational status of migrant children when they study the process of social integration of migrant children.The trend of national policy development is changed with the change of social development.The government,as a provider of public education services,isThe education policies introduced in the process of education for school-age migrant children will inevitably have a certain impact on the social integration of migrant children.Scholars have been paying attention to the social integration of migrant children for a long time,but most of them start from the participation of migrant children in the family environment or community level.When talking about the education of migrant children,they are mostly based on the adaptation of schools and the implementation of educational policies.Research,using education policy as the influencing factor to analyze the social integration of migrant children is rare.Therefore,this article will deeply analyze the relevant policies of education starting point,policies related to educational process,policies related to educational outcomes and social integration of migrant capital to migrant children.The impact of the study on improving the social integration of migrant children and ensuring the right to education of migrant children and making useful policy recommendations.Firstly,based on the theory of educational fairness,this paper divides the education policy into three dimensions: education-related policy,education-related policy and education-related policy.It studies its influence on the integration of migrant children's identity,cultural integration,and interaction.It is believed that the completeness of education policy formulation has a great relationship with the process of social integration of migrant children.It is mainly reflected in: the requirements for the entry of migrant children in the policy of starting education,and whether the education fees are in compliance with regulations,etc.Enough to have access to education,and thus affect the identity of migrant children and the objects of communication;the government's supervision of the quality of school education in the relevant policies of the education process,the construction of the school's teacher team,and the protection of school teachers and students on student safety are Ensuring that migrant children are fairly educated at the same time affects the cultural adaptation and psychological development of migrant children;the relevant explanations on the migration of children from different places in the policy of educational outcomes reflect the educational problems of migrant children aftercompleting compulsory education.Affecting the living experience of migrant children in urban areas.Secondly,this paper studies the mediating role of psychological capital between education policy and social integration of migrant children.The concept of psychological capital was first proposed by Goldsmith et al.in 1997.It is believed that psychological capital refers to the psychological quality that can promote the improvement of individual production efficiency.Scholars can't escape the analysis of the individual's psychological level when studying the influencing factors of group social integration.In this sense,the concept of psychological capital and social integration is closely related.This paper explores the impact of the macro-level educational policy background on the micro-level of individual psychological self-efficacy,optimism,hope,and resilience,and then explores the influence of various dimensions of social integration,and studies the psychological capital in education policy and the social integration of migrant children.Intermediary role.This paper has combed and reviewed related literatures,and formed a questionnaire for this study through field research on schools,in-depth interviews with mobile children's parents,and small sample pre-tests,and then a consistent system in Songjiang District,Shanghai.Public schools and non-Shanghai migrant children in private schools,which mainly recruit children from migrant workers,conduct questionnaire surveys on the survey subjects,perform basic descriptive statistical analysis on the collected data,reliability and validity tests,and factor analysis.And multi-level regression analysis and other methods of analysis and testing to verify the theoretical framework and research hypothesis of this study.Through empirical analysis,this study found that,first,in addition to the educational outcome-related policies have no significant impact on migrant children's social integration,education-related policies and education-related policies have an impact on the social integration of migrant children.Second,psychological capital plays a part in mediating between the policies related to the education process and the social integration of migrant children.The impact of educational outcomes policies on the social integration of migrant children is mainly achieved through psychologicalcapital,and the related policies and flows of psychological capital in the starting point of education.The mediating role between children's social integration is not significant.Based on the research conclusions of this paper,we propose a sound and standardized education policy proposal,and expect to achieve the goal of comprehensively improving the human capital quality in the future labor market in the process of industrialization and urbanization in China.
