In recent years,people from all walks of life have been discussing issues related to migrant children,especially education.In the past,families and schools took on the main educational work of children,but with the promotion of urbanization,the community has gradually become an important place for children to receive education and resources.Communities can play a role in social education and play a correct guiding role in the growth and development of children,especially for migrant children with limited resources and broken social support networks.The provision of community education services can promote the integrity of their education systems..However,from the current development experience,community education under this administrative structure is mostly community-wide activities rather than professional services.The effectiveness of the community education is very limited.In this process,it is difficult to take into account the multi-faceted needs of migrant children..In order to break the current embarrassing situation as soon as possible,this paper based on the social work practice investigation and research,innovative project service model,through the platform of community education,explores the ways to increase the social support and social capital of migrant children through the intervention of social work.Considering that social capital has the function of social support,it can facilitate the realization of specific goals for actors.From this point of view,the operation and increase of social capital can promote social work to achieve social security and social justice.Therefore,this paper takes social capital theory and social support theory as the theoretical basis for analyzing the social capital status of migrant children and community education involving migrant children,and uses in-depth interview,observation and literature research methods to describe the intervention process of Y institution service projects in detail.First of all,in the process of social work intervention,the community education of migrant children is intervened from the two paths of social closure and network resources,which reflects the characteristics of family,linkage community and school in specific services.Secondly,by comparing with the pre-service model of Y institutions,it is found that the service model under the guidance of social capital theory has the advantages of long-term service effectiveness,effective integration of multi-party resources,and establishment of brand services.It also recognizes that due to the large mobility and small number of clients.The resulting service results are not obvious,resource links are limited,professional talents and professional services are lacking.Finally,in order to improve the social support network for migrant children and increase their social capital,based on the reality,suggestions were put forward to pay attention to the construction of community education platform,attach importance to the long-term development of community education,and integrate social capital,and hope that the experience of the service model can be summarized.It has certain reference significance for improving the social support of migrant children in other parts of the country.
