Research On The Identity Support Of Female Homosexual Under Social Media

Lesbian identity is not only a conscious process for lesbians to accept their sexual orientation,but also an awareness for the belonging of lesbian groups.Lesbians always meet all kinds of problems in the process to establish their own identity,family's pressure and social disagreement hinder the lesbian identity.The existence of lesbians in the real society is relative secret and scattered,it is not easy for them to communicate with each other,and they stick together.While in cyberspace,lesbians are relatively open and they got together,it is more easy for them to communicate with each other.For lesbians,the lesbians who are gathered on the LESDO platform are a potential homosexual group.From the observation and contrast of the group 's numbers,it is possible to increase the individual's cognition of whether they belong to this group,and to help them complete lesbians identity.In addition,the life shared by lesbians on the platform will also provide an account of how the individual plays the role of a lesbian in society.Therefore,this paper studies that what kind of recognition and supports are provided to lesbians by the LESDO social media,and what are the characteristics of these recognition and supports;what kind of difficulties for lesbians in obtaining identity support.The study finds that the interactive information of lesbians in LESDO community provides a wide range of supports.Using this social application to join the community and participate in the discussion is the release of lesbians identity,which express the belonging of lesbian groups at the back;in specific interactions,the experience shared by lesbians can help homosexuals identify their identity roles and behavior patterns,and enhance the recognition.It is difficult for lesbians to avoid the reality of marriage and coming out of the closet,marriage is the last resort of choice under the pressure from social mainstream culture,coming out of the closet is the resistance and struggle to social mainstream culture.The lesbians interacted in the community provide the attitude support and policy support of marriage and coming out of the closet.In the environment created by this social media,the recognition and supports of lesbians are expressed in the form of information,they complete the supportive behavior in the interactive interaction.Based on media attributes and platform attributes of the social media,lesbians can gain social support by participating in discussions in the community and browsing the information on the media.At the time of obtaining the social support,the role of lesbians in the network suffers different effects based on the attributes of the social media.In the interaction within the community,active network participants are more likely to have access to social support;in human-computer interaction,the role in the network does not affect her to get the support.In turn,these characteristics of the social support will also affect lesbians to obtain the social support.On the one hand,the social support presented by the information is easy to annihilate in the ocean of information,therefore,to obtain the social support need to select and digest the information.On the other hand,the subject of the social support in social media is single,and the social support that lesbians can get from it is limited.
