Purpose:Research of physical training before an important match is concerned by coaches and sports scientists.This article adopt literature review method?experimental method and statistic method,studying on the arrangement of periodization?loads control?methods and means of physical training before the Chinese Women'Football Association Super League(CWFASL)play-off in Beijing Women'Football Team in 2015.And monitor with physiological and biochemical indexes.Evaluate by the running performance in the match.Results:(1)The physical tests show that squat?bench press?deadlift?count squat jump and YOYO intermittent endurance(level 2)improve a lot(p<0.01).The 10 m sprint and pro-agility test also improve(p<0.05).The 30 m sprint and 1600 m test have no significant difference.(2)Monitor with GPS shows that the total running distance in the play-off match(9798.40±580.21m)is higher than in the Championship match(9189±781.18m)(p<0.05).Though the high speed running distance in the play-off match(466.40±129.25m)is lower than in the championship match(493.33±148.03m),the sprint distance in the play-off match(146.10±26.66m)is obviously higher than in the championship match(103.29±28.74m)(p<0.01).Conclusion:(1)The physical training before the CWFASL play-off in Beijing Women'Football Team in 2015 is a four weeks mesocycle.And it has a significant feature of block periodization training,Which trains for the weak ability to improve the whole performance.(2)The intensity of the strength training is the key to enhance the effects,and the step training of anaerobic intermittent endurance is designed for soccer,which improves the movement and energy system.(3)In the situation of the preparation before an improtant match in a short time,according to the block periodization training to confirm the accumulate?transition and realize block periodization,and confirm the main and compatible training model to improve the effects of training.(4)From the research on GPS,the effort of high intensity running over 40 m is very rarely,which indicates that women athletes in soccer is weak in the long distance running ability,and the most frequently running distance is between 5-10 m and 10-40 m.
