An Empirical Study On The Construction Of High Level Sports Teams In Colleges And Universities In Hunan Province

In the party's the third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee "the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China's decision on deepening a number of major issues of reform",it has great expectations for the construction of a high level sports team in school sports.On the nineteen Party Congress,the general secretary of the Communist Party of China put forward the important part of "speeding up the construction of sports power" and the high level sports team in college sports.As a part,it plays an important role in the construction of sports power.This paper analyzes the construction characteristics of the high level sports team in American colleges and universities,and reviews the construction process of the high level sports team in thirty years in China,and has some shortcomings.In order to understand the actual situation of the high level sports team in Hunan Province,the paper selects Hunan Province as the benchmark for the implementation of the implementation of the high level sports team in the general colleges and universities issued by the Ministry of education in 2017.6 cases of colleges and universities with high qualification of basketball teams were analyzed.Through the literature,logic analysis,interview,field investigation and comparative analysis,according to the latest construction opinions issued by the Ministry of education,the paper makes an investigation and Analysis on the layout of the basketball project,the construction of the coach team,the source of funds,the source of students,the training and competition,the information construction and so on,and draws the following conclusions.1.,the layout structure of basketball is unreasonable,so it is difficult to give full play to its advantages.The dominant resources are more concentrated,and other universities are hard to compete.2.,talent introduction has not been paid much attention to,and coach team allocation is single.The University of the survey is the traditional one of the two coaches of one leader.It has not been paid attention to in the introduction of talent,and it is not set according to the special circumstances of the sports specialty.3.,the enrollment and upgrading of reserve talents should be optimized.Because of the lack of unified enrollment system and flexible selection system,the high quality of basketball in Hunan university is not high,it is not stable,and it is difficult to compete with the top famous schools in China.The number of 4.games is less,and the competition system is not significant.Hunan provincial university basketball official competition is mainly the basic competition of CUBA,only once a year,it is difficult for high level athletes to play the role of exercise and experience.5.,the sources of funds are single and lack of diversified capital channels.Most college basketball high level sports teams only rely on school financial appropriation,which is difficult to guarantee high quality and high demand for team building.6.the construction of information construction is backward.Among the six colleges and universities,in addition to National University of Defense Technology stop recruiting,the other colleges and universities are lagging behind in the construction of high level sports teams' column information,and the related construction information is not fully publicized.
